Hire different people. A bunch of kids can't run a place like this.. Please check that they know basic math because I ordered a 10 piece today and got 8 pieces. Then out of the 3 people behind the counter just standing there none of them wanted to take my order. I can't justify paying the prices you have if service, food and cleanliness isn't up to par. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone.

I confirmed it was available at this location B4 we drove that far. Not only did we get charged $11 per meal we didnāt get a drink with the meal deal, because āthey didnāt have any drinksā no deal, no apology, just excuses. TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESSš”

I was served a cup with mold or some type of black stuff that tasted like metal. I have been really sick since eating there. The young people there need to find jobs that they like because they are rude. This location just reopened because it was not clean. Go at your own risk!

This is not a fluke after five visits of burnt everything in less than three years Shame on you Rockford Popeyes I'm traveling the 40 minutes to the Popeyes in Janesville from now on. I never had a waste of money and time meal with the jainsville Popeyes

They ghost pepper sandwich needs to be made with the spicy chicken instead, would be a lot hotter and tastier. Also, grab some honey packets and extra hot sauce, it really elevates the chicken sandwich. Otherwise, 10/10 on the chicken cause bro, I want more ghost pepper on them mugs. They be fire but could be blazing šš Still delicious regardless of that though. Ask to modify it if able. Definitely smacks

Showed up at lunch. It was completely empty, they overcharged me by about 20 dollars, forgot one of my sides. When I got my food I drove about 6 minutes to realize no reciept, no side for my meal. Ordered the family meal for 35, a 10 dollar sandwich meal and a extr small side, and a large lemonade. It was 71.00? How? Couldn't even argue about it or get the sude because the female manager didn't bother to give me the reciept . Horrible when I called back, no help at all with the pricing or reciept copy . She could give me the side "i forgot". Horrible service.
