Unable to maintain professional boundaries when customers enter that employees have had histories with. Customers treated with disrespect and asked to leave by managers for no legitimate reason at all.
Have also had two personal occurrences where I am completely ignored after placing my order, once on the patio where my order never arrived and once in the dining room. The restaurant was very slow and my husband waited for 20 minutes to be greeted and a good 45 minutes for our food. The waiter greeted us once and disappeared for a very long time after that. We decided a while ago to never go back, but with recent occurrences between staff and customers, we will certainly not be repeat customers.
Spend your money at an establishment that can actually perform the bare minimum.

Literally the worst experience of my life in a restaurant. I have never been to Rockford before and this place made me want to drive back home. The food took forever. Our drinks didn’t even come out til after our food was out. We did not complain but then the manager came up to us and instead of apologizing for the wait time, she chastised us in front of the entire restaurant and said the wait time wasn’t that long. We had every intention of leaving and not saying a word. We of course still tipped our server over 20% because it wasn’t her fault. I have never felt so terrible after leaving a restaurant. Thank god I don’t live here.

Just a day after work for a cocktail and Thee MOST Tastiest TEXAS SMASHED BIG ASS BURGER EVER, ever bite had the flavors dancing in your mouth. Cheese curds melted in your mouth and a nice buzz of the Old Fashioned cocktail I had. 5🌟 for sure!

We stopped here after a show based on the variety that their menu showed online. There were plenty of great options even for non-meat eaters! The food was fantastic and the bar was right there with the kitchen. We even had a good experience with the Hostesses. We were early and they worked with us. Much appreciated! I am not really a beer drinker and had a hard time trying to pick out an adult beverage. Well. The bartender spent some time trying to figure out what I liked and made a great suggestion! I REALLY enjoyed my spiked root beer! She was a fantastic bartender and since we sat by the bar, she got stuck with us as her table also. The entire experience was fantastic! Great beverages, food and don't forget the desserts! I would be here more often if I lived closer but when I am in the Rockford area, Prairie Street Brewing Co. will be at the top of my list! It should be at the top of your list also!

The best meal I've had at a restaurant in a long time! Korean street tacos were fabulous! My husband fully enjoyed his Texas burger as well. Tried some pickle fries and cheese curds that were great. Definitely a new favorite.

Went here for the first time and had a pretty good tie. Food was good , building was nice. However when I get the bill there is a service charge. Why are you charging me a service charge when your whole business is service? I pay a little more than normal prices and leave a good tip but still get this service charge. Not a good look.
