My food is completely decomposed , expired , the smell and look is terrible. And i also have to service my self organized the plates, waiter only bring to the table .
They immediately bring DECOMPOSED food to me

The quality of the food here is good. It is obviously made by a real chef. However, the portions are European size and not American. Be prepared to order more food to make up for the small portion size. (Alternatively, it leaves room for dessert and doesn't leave you with that stuffed feeling.) The ribeye is an excellent piece of meat that you'll sadly never get to taste due to the pungent flavor of the sauce which has been poured heavily all over it. Order without the sauce. The pasta portions are very small but tasty and made correctly, in accordance with the European qualities of this restaurant.

The floors are sticky and the chairs are awful metal ones that torture you the whole time, and you are being tormented because the wait for the food is so long. The menus have lots of food splotches on them. They are not a plastic coated menu so the paper is stained from any food item that touched it. Multiple people were turned away at the door because there was not enough wait staff.

The owner came up to our table. He was very polite and asked for feedback but was not receptive to any feedback. Substitution of a salad for a side item was not allowed, which is out the ordinary for steakhouses.

Unfortunately the owner chose a property that is adjoining other stores and it gives more the feeling of a cheap strip mall joint (with a nice interior) rather than a fine Italian restaurant. Clearly this place is plagued with an overpowered chef, financial pressures, lack of business, poor location, bad sanitation, and general disinterest in the satisfaction of its clients. The food is priced quite high for the portion sizes. Hopefully the owner will have a chance to take a look at these things and make some changes. I realize the property location is extremely hard to change but that is a major problem here. Firstly, going to a strip mall to eat, and then there are only 12 tables in the seating area(with another small seating area on the other side) and the bathroom is only accommodating for one person at a time. This building is not prepared to feed very many people and it won't without some fine-tuning on these issues. My guess would be that this experience is totally acceptable and perfect in Europe but here it unfortunately doesn't pass as a fine restaurant. It was an expensive and disappointing experience, despite the very polite owner and staff and the high quality chef-made food.

We were there on a Thursday from 5 to 6:30 and we were the only people ever there during that time. No grapefruit juice, no tequila, no pinot and no scallops. Very disappointed and I don't think they will be in business long considering most things we are for, they didn't have.

Service was normal, appetizers were terrible, we enjoyed our conversations up until the point where our food didn't arrive. After an hour and 10 minutes we decided to leave. Witnessed two tables get seated, eat, pay and leave that came in after us.
Waitress kept making lame excuses, we just packed our stuff and left. One would think for those prices they'd do a better job of customer satisfaction. In my lifetime, I've eaten at a lot of nice restaurants all over the world, but this ain't one of them.
To bad too, we tip very well.

We made reservations for 5:30 and still was not served dinner an hour and 10 minutes later. We paid for our drinks and appetizers and left. Wait staff made excuses. 2 tables that were sat after us, received their food before us. Our server became rude when we pointed out that tables that were sat after us were either done or already had their food. First and last time I will visit this establishment.

Service friendly. Food presentation and taste great. However. Many menu items asked unavailable on a Saturday at 430 when just opening. Ie. cheesecake - Certain beers on menu- drink ingredients. For Bloid Mary’s. Server even says hard to do job with lack of inventory. Metal chairs small and uncomfortable. After 3 years lose the paper sign. Guests traveled over an hour and waited 2weeks reservation. disappointed on reviewing menu and foods not available . Medallion trio $33 flavors great very small medallions and poorly cut mash potatoes no flavor. Bread and garlic very good . Would say nice to try no rush to return

Our food was horrible. The scallops are made with capers, and taste like salty/brined fish wrapped in rubbery bacon. I made a face of disgust..the waitress asked if something was wrong. I wanted to be honest so I told her I didn’t like it. She stormed off while loudly proclaiming to the other waiter, “looks like we have another food critic”. ? awkward…she came back and offered me a glass of wine on the house. I loved five forks…and this is definitely not five forks. At the end of the meal she sarcastically said, “I’ll let the owner know of your critiques”…I’m guessing the owner won’t care either ??‍♀️ I’ll never be back

My wife and I ordered dinner. My entry was supposed to be a ribeye steak cooked, medium rare to medium. When the plate was brought, I realized that the steak was a New York strip, overcooked and did not have much taste. I asked for Merlot wine that was on the menu and the waitress informed me that I could only Have that by the bottle. Since I am driving, I told her I only wanted a glass. She brought me the house, wine and glass, which had very little flavor. I don’t appreciate getting charged for a ribeye steak when in fact, I got a New York strip. The couple next to us had a similar experience and said they will never be back. my wife and I will never be back and I will make sure that I express my poor experience with friends and acquaintances. Should they bring the restaurants name up.

Prior to our celebration of 70 years of marriage for our parents, I went to the restaurant to express the importance of this milestone. I wanted to see the restaurant and its decor for our seating on this SPECIAL OCCASION. I expressed this to Heath, who assured me things would be perfect for us. A party of nine, arrived and the room was set up, but the view was very UNTIDY. See photos attached. We waited one hour 20 minutes for our meal with no "check-in" from the waiter.

The restroom needed ATTENTION, the ring in the toilet was DISGUSTING. No pictures, but please believe me, it is not PRIME its pathetic.
The honored guests did NOT receive their meal at the SAME time. The lady of the hour waited another 10 minutes for her shrimp and another 10 minutes for the scalloped potatoes. The rest of us were served in increments of three. The meal I chose had no spinach yet this was part of the list on the menu.
The dining experience was $400, which included gratuity, everyone had water (no adult beverages) we received no other service nor were asked if we needed anything once the food was placed on the table. This was definitely NOT worth 18% at all.
The Wait staff consists of two, but rather than serve us utilizing both people, one person served 9 people by himself while the other was just standing around.
The last name this place needs is PRIME [of first importance]
At age 90 and 92 waiting this long is UNACCEPTABLE for the meal and THEN waited again for the check, until I went to locate Heath.
Needless to say, we were VERY DISAPPOINTED having our precious milestone moment at this restaurant.

First I will say our waiter was extremely nice and gave great service. I wish I knew his name. The restaurant itself it's very pretty. However, the bathrooms are dirty. We couldn't tell if it's lack of cleaning or they don't get used. Toilets have a black ring from the water and the sinks are covered in dirt and dust.

Food is EXTREMELY disappointing. The pasta just tastes like bland heavy cream. Lacks flavor and somehow was pretty greasy. The steak was good, but not worth the price. Save yourself some money and hit a steakhouse that is worth the bill...(Beloit has a great one ;)). Food overall is incredibly mediocre for the price. You will leave questioning why you just paid $100 for what you ate. We should have listened to the bad reviews. Did we mention it's disappointing?

We went for dinner to Prime today for the first time to celebrate my Bday. Party of 4. The design of the restaurant was beautiful. We ordered 4 pasta dishes and everyone has agreed that the food was not good (especially at such a high price point). My Cajun seafood pasta was too salty and too rich/oily. Also lacked flavor. My other 3 friends said the same about their dishes. We could not finish our plates as the food was so heavy, unappetizing and bland. The pasta was just swimming in a greasy sauce.They should replace their chef, he has no idea how to cook. The server was extremely nice, as if he was aware about the quality of food and was trying to compensate for it with good service Not worth $200 bill. We definitely won’t be back.
