Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Normally I have no issues here, but today was awful. I put in an online order for pickup at 11:04am. Got a notification it would be ready for 11:14am. I ended up getting hung up at work and couldn't get there until 11:30am. Ok, that's fine, but then the hostess tells me my order isn't ready but will be soon due to a large catering order...ok. So I wait...for 20 extra minutes! The hostess brings me my order and gives a half hearted sorry for the wait. It took almost an hour from the time I ordered to when the hostess handed the food to me. I now missed my lunch and was late getting back because you can't manage your time to get orders and catering orders done. Then on top of that my food is COLD! The fries are undercooked. The wrap is cold AND they skimped on the wraps fillings. This is ridiculous and I feel for the other three people who were still there waiting when I left. I did reach out to the customer feedback and filed a complaint. Someone messed up here and the customers suffered because of it. I'll have to think hard about whether I come back or not.

Food was really good and service was quick.

Juanita was an amazing server. The staff was pleasant. The food was hot and cooked perfectly. The options were great. Would definitely come back.

The burgers taste amazing, excellent flavor and texture, and the variety is impressive. Onion rings are perfect crispy outside and Tons of flavor. I don't know how anyone could ever argue with endless French fries, regular and sweet potato fries.

Very nice server, no wait, clean restaurant. Our order was taken immediately. Only complaint was there was a heap of onions on my bacon blue burger which ruined the taste.

Great food and fast service with a friendly staff.

Went for a birthday dinner. Server was friendly but rushed. Hard time getting refills. Food was hot, but it was just okay. Beware of the toy vending machines in the lobby. They are a rip off. $1 each play for toys you could easily get at the Dollar Tree and we watched kids and adults put in tons of tokens and never win.

Even though my order was messed up at first, the staff handled it really well. Rob, the manager, was incredibly nice and made sure everything was fixed fast. Our waitress Amanda was also super sweet and attentive. Mistakes happen, but the way they took care of us showed great customer service. I really appreciate how they made it right.

YUKKK! This is not gourmet! This is grotesque! Why is anyone eating at Red Robin? Burgers are supposed to be easy to master. I'm beyond words. Red Robin has no place for seasoned foodies like me and other burger lovers. This is like Burger King going full service which would never happen. OmG, how pathetic.

I loved it. The food is AMAZING & so is the customer service. I’m so glad I had an opportunity to try this place! 🙂 did I mention I’ve had a burger twice in one week? I will be back & I mean that! Red Robin’s is Very underrated. Can’t wait to try more menu items soon 🍔

Your burger contest was a joke. I wish I had those 4 hours back. I use to like red robin but after that fiasco, I doubt I'll ever go again. Hit the button and screen went black and then it said i was blocked for rapid response? Really?; Then I make it into the pay line and it ran for an hour and a half. What a damn joke
