Made reservations for 6:30, they didn't keep . Waited an extra 37 minutes to get to our table. The food was really good, my chips were a little soft. My wife's fries were very good. Overall a good experience. But the extra time to wait for the table put a damper on the night.

Service was incredibly attentive, having both our server and a manager stop over several times to make sure we were having a great experience. Food was hot and quick, diet coke was DELICIOUS (best I've ever had). If I'm ever passing through Rockford again (which I rarely do), Red Robin is at the TOP of my list.
