I love this store when ordering in person but man their is always something wrong with the delivery 😕 whether its missing sauce/something wrong on the order. I order a hawiian pizza yesterday they mixed marinara and bbq sauce🤢 on it.

Apparently getting an order right is optional here. They handed me the wrong food, served fries with the structural integrity of wet paper towels, and then treated fixing it like I was asking for a miracle. Truly impressive performance — if the goal was to be terrible.

The Rosati’s on Perryville is by far our favorite. The manager who’s there on Sundays has been so welcoming and kind every time we order! The pizza is the best from this location!! You can tell they are very authentic with their ingredients and they care about what they sell

Don't understand the rating being so low because the pizza was so good and the customer service was even better. The man that rang us up took the time out to see if he had any coupons that we could use and then explained that there would be some upcoming special pricing due to football season starting. We just found our new pizza spot!! 🍕

We got here and ordered Pizza, the Pizza was bigger than expected, and the service was great!!we ended up getting these doughnut thing and they were amazing!! would definitely come here again!!

Good place to stop in to grab just a slice of pizza. Usually have a cheese,sausage or pepperone slice in the warmer. Durring lunch on some days there are special slices like italian beef or meat lovers. Most times 1 slice and a drink fills me up.
Walked in there was NOT any air on in the establishment. It is currently 91° degrees outside. The guy behind the counter stated that we could dine-in, but it is self serve. For the prices of the food, we should not have to go and pick up our own hot pizza and take it to our table.

Service is friendly. I got takeout for dinner here last week. The pizza was fine. But the three cheese baked penne tasted off. I haven't felt well since I ate it. I think something in it was spoiled because it didn't taste right. I'm only now starting to feel a little better so I wouldn't recommend this pasta to anyone. It's my favorite usually so that's disappointing. I recommend the pizza if you want to be on the safe side.

Placed an order online and went to pick it up and it was completely wrong. The manager argued with me about it. I finally got my order but they didn’t reimburse me for the charge ($10) over what it should have been. Food is delicious but service SUCKS!

If I could give more that 5 stars for service I would! I ordered a diet Pepsi with my dinner tonight and I guess they were out of it. So my delivery driver Bob decided to go to the store and get me a diet coke so I can have a diet drink. I've never had that happen to me and it made my night. It was not needed at all but the thought behind it was beyond thoughtful. Definitely going to order from here again thank you again Bob I hope you get the validation you deserve for doing something so kind 😁
