Very good take out. Tried first time and liked it. Chicken Parm was bland. Pizza and spaghetti was very good. We all loved the Alfredo . We did takeout and it was a pretty standard experience. Kinda expensive for what it was.

Ordered take out. Waited for our turn in line to pick up. Hostess looked directly passed my daughter and I and served the people behind us before even acknowledging us. Was very weird. Love the food… but that won’t seem to matter in the future

We went for a date night, and the food was amazing.When I say amazing I mean, my wife's family is so Italian that after trying all the Italian places around in the area, we typically do not go out for Italian.All they eat is Italian and eating anything else is seen as an insult lol.Unless you are coming over on Sunday, this is the place in Rockford for Italian.I had the tour of Italy plate. Both sauces were amazing.

We had another excellent dinner at Salamone's North. I had the special, chicken picatta and my husband had chicken parm both were delicious and huge. We both had enough for lunch another day. Service was friendly and prompt and it is a pleasant atmosphere. A favorite place of ours.

Very nice restaurant, very nice interior, great staff but the highlight was definitely the food. I know we all have different tastes, but hands down, one of the best Italian restaurants in Illinois. 4 different dishes at our table, big portions so do come hungry coz we all ended up with boxes. All 4 were delicious.I've had calzone and it was amazing! You can add 3 toppings to it if you like, soup was great too ! A definitely come back to little gem in rockford! If you're craving Italian, you won't make a mistake trust me.
