Wow the Fettuccine Carbonara was out of this world. Also can't find a meat lovers pizza like this anywhere. I recommend to any and all pizza and authentic Italian food lovers.

We hosted a birthday party at Sam’s recently, and it was a great experience! Gino, Joe and their staff were very easy to work with, accommodating and professional. The room was ready to go when we arrived for set up and Gino was very attentive through the duration of the party by checking on us, ensuring we had enough food and drinks, clearing plates, etc. If you are looking to host an event, we highly recommend doing it at Sam’s. Overall, great experience and the guests all agreed!

Honestly, I'm shocked at the way I was treated by an employee of this restaurant. I placed an order through grubhub and asked that my sauce be replaced with alfredo sauce in the comments section. I mentioned that I would pay whatever difference this incurred. I received a call from a curt employee who told me I had ordered wrong and needed to cancel my order and put it in a different way. He acted like I should have known better or something even though subbing sauces is an extremely common thing to do. Especially, when offering to pay for the upgrade. So, I chatted with grubhub in an attempt to cancel my order. They called the restaurant and they told grubhub that they were already preparing my order so I couldn't cancel it. I then called Sam's back and was given to the same rude employee. He argued with me about my order and told me that I wasn't willing to pay for the alfredo sauce. I corrected him and told him that I absolutely was willing to pay for it. He eventually said that I could place an order directly through the restaurant, and again acted like I should have known that was an option because they've been "doing it for 50 years." He quickly typed in my order and told me it would be on the way. The food got here quickly and the driver was pleasant enough. I originally ordered cheese ravioli and received meat ravioli, which I despise. But I was not going to call and deal with this same person again. All in all I'm so disappointed. I do typically enjoy their food, but the service I received this evening was horrendous, and I won't be returning. I'm sure if they reply to this review they will continue to defend themselves and shift the blame to me for ordering incorrectly. Beware of this employee - hopefully he's not the owner.EDIT: I'm changing my review to 3 stars because they did attempt to reach out and make things right. I'm still hesitant to order again, but it was a nice thing they tried to do.

We had a birthday party here and we were very disappointed. The party in the next room had there music so loud we couldn't even enjoy music in our room let alone carry on a conversation. We ended up leaving early. We didn't even have anyone check on us to see if we needed anything.I would never have a party here again.
We booked a banquet room here last minute this past Saturday. They were able to accommodate our group happily. The atmosphere was great, the food was excellent and the service was fantastic! We will absolutely be back, and I definitely recommend this place for your group or just dinner out.
