Went up to the counter to ask when pizza would be ready (it was 10:18am so after they had already been opened). The man at the counter was really rude. I wasn't short or rude with the man when I asked, my son just wanted pizza instead of the other option so I was curious how long the wait was gonna be. Asking a simple question shouldn't require so much attitude. I will not be back I can promise you that, we come here multiple times a month to play and get lunch. I won't stand to be talked to like that.

Love this place, I feel it's better than the other sbarro inuse to go to, and because my order was cancelled the day before because the driver didn't show up, I went the next day to get my pizza and the guys remembered my order and gave me a good deal and took money off...so I gave them a tip...thank you

I used to eat there every time I went to the mall. I got really sick off the meatballs. The girl behind the counter that day left in the middle of ringing me up because of "stomach" problems. They don't wear gloves. I watched them go from taking money to making pizza without washing hands. The people that work there are very friendly, but they need to be sanitary.

The server was very rude and impolite. Never even spoke. Handled food with no gloves whatsoever. They charge extra for everything even garlic seasoning and pasta sauce. Not a very friendly place. I'll never go there again.
Did not want to serve me because I was paying with a $50 bill and then called security to watch me as I waited at a table for my party to meet me. If I could 0 star I would. The pizza is not worth the discrimination.

First time eating here as we’re traveling. Wanted a nice breakfast place and we chose right. Great food and got to us very quickly, good service, restaurant is very clean as well as bathrooms are nice.

The food I will say is pretty good ?.me & my family are pleased. But however a worker named Harland doesn't seem very happy with his job. If you don't hear correctly or understand him at first, this man will YELL! Because he has to repeat him self. Because I didn't hear him the first time on what size bowl I would like, this angry employee yells at people. Very in professional
