Can't get enough of their stone bowl with chicken and the Chicago rolls and Mido Robu Rolls are to die for! They are more affordable then JMK and IMO have better rolls! Haven't been to JMK since I tried Shogun and probably never will! š Most definitely deserves this 5 ā review!
Service was okay. Food was alright. Cook would slather on butter and before it melted heād put the meat on someoneās plate. Issue was I found metal shaving in my food from either kitchen cleaning or when they clean the grill. I wanted nothing in return. I just showed the server so that it wouldnāt happen to someone else. The server came back and said all management can do is give you a free dessert. I refused the dessert. I didnāt want anything in return but trying to keep another patron safe from consuming metal shavings. Good to know the price of consumer safety is a free dessert though

Itās been 3 years and had my best dinner! Never fails they are professional Prompt Best sushi
My kids and their family had a reservation for 12 @6:30 to celebrate a Birthday. They got sat about 7:00. The Chef showed up about 8:30. Nothing like having a reservation at 6:30 and not eating until 9:00. We have celebrated everyone's Birthday there for years. Never again!
They made my husband move to the middle piece the the other grill to "squeeze" in another couple at the table. He was so far from the rest of our party that he couldn't enjoy their company. The cook took a long time to come and when he did it took an hour and 15 minutes for him to cook the food. He was too busy paying attention to the other staff members and ended up burning our food. Only 1 person out of our party of 4 ate their food and the manager only gave us a $30 discount. Ridiculous that I had to pay over $145 for food that we didn't eat. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

Good food, standard entertaining performance by chef.
We felt rushed as server was asking if we wanted a box for our leftovers before we even finished our plates. The check was PROMPTLY dropped to us. It's just a feeling of being rushed as they have the next seating time to adhere to. We simply felt rushed. Slightly disappointing.

Nice atmosphere, good food. This place is Korean owned. So not only do they have good sushi, but some Korean dishes as well. We always get bulgogi (popular Korean marinated beef) and hot bimbimbop which comes with soup or salad and order some sushi. I like bimbimbop because it's healthy and satisfying. Little rice, little meat, vegetables and fried egg. You chop and mix it all up with a spoon, add a little gochujang sauce and it's delicious. The onion soup is mild and savory. You should try it.
Vegetarian options: You can have dishes and sushi ordered without meat.
Parking: Open parking lot with plenty of parking.
