Staff prioritized other customer before me. I ordered before them and they still got all their food before me! Waited way too long for a bowl and employees were taking their time, all while getting others their food. Like mentioned, it wouldn’t be a problem but they had ordered AFTER ME. More customers kept coming in and they left my started bowl on the counter to do other things. So disappointed and disturbing given I had other things to do.

I’d like to give zero stars when a customer comes in for service and there’s no one being served and no one approaches them with a common courtesy etiquette of a worker. This is a real concern. I usually make my own smoothies at home on a daily basis that I was trying to find another place in this area where that I could frequent For when I’m busy around my work schedule. This is an absolute no.

The place has been getting shittier since its opened the place is basically run by teenagers who don’t care about their jobs and are always on their phones and treat everything like its a joke when ever you ask for a manager they are never around and online orders feel rushed and always melted do better smoothie king

This place is going to shit very fast. The workers don't wear gloves; they play on the phone when asked to speak with a supervisor. If you order online, they don’t wrap your items nor place them inside a bag. Very unprofessional.
I came into the restaurant and stood next to the online order pick-up. I was never acknowledged and/or greeted. As I stood there watching people being taken care of and greeted, even wished a good day, I was not. Even after my smoothie was placed in the mini-fridge and I went in to grab it. Still nothing!! Just another customer who said: “enjoy your smoothie.” Also, this smoothie taste like crap- likely influenced by the lack of service. This is not the first time I have experienced this poor service— so the onus is on me for spending my hard earned money where I am not even seen.

Let me just first start off by saying Rebecca and Braden are the dynamic duo! Every time I come and they are there I’m watching them bust their butt. They are very friendly and very hard-working. They made my experience today June 3rd 2025 one of my best experiences. Both of these workers knee raises I will continue to come. I love smoothie King.

I wanted to love this place, but I went in shortly after it first opened... the wait was long and my smoothie turned into water almost five minutes after I had it... apparently it was all ice and for that money, unacceptable. Most likely wont return as their are other options in town for smoothies. too bad.. I really wanted to love them because they are so close to my work. :(
