Don't bother going unless you just want to drink. I called ahead of time to see about karaoke nights on Wednesday nights. He said it starts at 8pm. We got there at 8:25pm no one was singing. There was loud music playing one pool table, darts board that no one was using. We sat at a high rise table. No one came to take our order. I couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't. Finally after 20 min of waiting the bar tender who I could recognize his voice from the phone call earlier said that the kitchen was closed. I have three disabled sons and we were basically pushed out of their establishment. Once I told him who I was and that I would be leaving this review he started stumbling on his words and asking for me to not do this. He actually followed me to my truck too. Cause he knew what he was doing and that it was wrong. I told him I would give the review this place deserves. This is a bar and shouldn't be called anything else. I called ahead of time because I was asking for a pizza place that has karaoke. Clearly they don't do either. Don't waste your time going here. There's nothing special about this place. The parking is horrible as well.

My favorite place to hang out ! The bartenders are all attentive and friendly, the food is delicious! The neighborhood bar feel is so welcoming and warm. Come in knowing no one, leave with 10 friends. Great place and atmosphere. if you havent tried the Italian beef bites , theyre the bomb!

Hands down the best bar in rockford area! The staff and food is amazing. Never have to wait on service. Chicken wings actually have meat on the bone. Lainey always making it a great time and never have you waiting! And free pool. What else can you ask for a bar. If you never been here. Come check it out you wont be disappointed.

Souses is one of the best bars in Rockford! I originally started going by myself to visit Lainey while she works, but over the past several months I’ve created so many new friendships (with patrons and the staff). Everyone there is so friendly! Their pizza is AMAZING and they have home comfort cooking for food specials. Shout out to Lainey, LoLo, Mel, Austin, Kevin and Amy ! You’re truly the heart of souses and I love all of ya!
