This particular spot is horrible my order was all jack up..I ordered the steak chicken an shrimp fried rice i had 4 pieces of steak no chicken an to shrimp..an they sent my order out in card board boxes my buddy said don't do it an i didn't listen..please ppl don't do it

So disappointed. I used to come here almost every week. The service was never amazing, but we put up with it for the good food. Recently moved so decided to order since I was back in town. The prices have gone up and the servings are sooo small for price! It looked like someone ate half our meals when we opened it! They messed up 3/5 of our takeout orders which has my husband having to return to the restaurant and then they took an hour to correct the meals! Mind you, they do this every single when we used to order takeout. I figured maybe things changed or they've gotten better since we moved. This is the final straw. I'm a very patient person and understanding, but this has been an issue for years.

DO NOT COME HERE ! I really was hoping this place was going to be good..We waiting so long to get our drinks..and our Rangoons didn’t taste right at all.. I got the tweety roll and my fiancé got the Thor.. mine didnt taste good at all..had a weird smell to it and my fiancé said his wasn’t horrible but he said he definitely wouldn’t come here again. Also they told a couple that walked in they were closed @ 8:15 when their hours say 9pm.

I’ve been delivering DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub for almost 4 years now and this restaurant has one of the longest wait times ever. My order was supposed to be ready by 12:44 and it’s 12:58 right now and the order still isn’t ready!!! What a waste of time! It’s very difficult to make any real money doing this and when we have to wait like this, we actually lose money!

Come on Spider when someone spends $30 on their dinner they should expect a much better salad. Container was 1/2 full, lettuce was brown and soft. Salad was uneatable. Please look at what you are serving.

Although it's always been a favorite, it seems as though things have changed recently. The soup and salad are deff new recipes and the fried rice is also not as it once was. Overall it was ok, but I think the OG spider on Harrison is better.

Sushi was mid, especially for the price point. Soy sauce was super salty for some reason. No lunch specials on sushi rolls. Fun names for some of the sushi rolls though (think: Marvel). I would go somewhere else before coming back here.

Unbelievably bad service, ordered to go and was told the wait would be about fifteen minutes. Waited 20-25 minutes before asking if it was ready. Hostess said she'd check and then disappeared. Called her over after about another 5 minutes she asked me "Do you need something" in a rude and dismissive tone. Ended up leaving and going to I<3Sushi. Much better service and my food was literally served to me on fire.
