Coming on to give credit where it’s due. Received exceptional service from the woman who took my order to the woman who delivered my beverage at the window, I wish I had gotten their names. Exceptional. Actually made my morning.

I have been coming to this Starbucks often, I usually use the restroom and then I place my order. Today I was told I could not use the restroom due to a change in policy where I have to purchase my item first!! then I can use the bathroom. I tried to explain the employees that I needed to use the restroom First!! But I would definitely purchase something because that's what I usually do, the guy did not care, He insisted that the policy changed and I needed to buy something first, So let me get this straight...I have to pee on myself first and order my items so I can have the right to use the restroom... unbelievable...I decided to take my business elsewhere to a place where I am appreciated as a person and not as a dollar sign. So I went to a different Starbucks and they didn't give me any issues about using the restroom and then I placed my orders for three different people that I had with me spending around $53 total... Even though it is going to the same company but I will not increase the sales of this particular store. And if this is going to be the policy of all Starbucks eventually I will fade away.

I love the staff at this location! They know my usual order and they always pleasantly greet me. The staff work hard and fast to keep the lines moving comfortably. I highly recommend.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves to take her puppy with us and get him a pup cup. The staff always tell my daughter how cute her dog is and she loves it!

35 minutes to get a coffee and it still be WRONG is absurd.. your team needs to be properly trained to prioritize AND complete tickets in the order in which they receieve them. Cherry picking friends, family and the last ticket printed whilst ignoring the STACK waiting to be completed results in wasted time, irritated customers and WRONG ORDERS. I watched MULTIPLE people who ordered after me in line, somehow walk out with their coffee orders before me and several others who ordered before me.

This location is very friendly. Drive through was packed and seemed like only they only had a few workers total. Justin was very polite & made my drink for me ASAP so I didn't have to wait for just a latte, I appreciated that.

Employee at speaker at 9pm on 9-16-24 was very rude. At first struggled to understand name of mobile order. Then proceeded to have an attitude with us after we questioned her comment about “two refreshers.” One drink was a passion tango tea. We were clarifying that the one drink was not made with a refresher since it was meant for someone unable to drink caffeinated beverages. To which the response was “they both have juice” and a snarky toned “pull forward.” This used to be one of my regular locations to visit and will no longer be visiting after this encounter.

This is another one of the situation where it's overpriced coffee If you want to get a sandwich I don't recommend it too salty too greasy employees all they want to do is get you in and out they really don't care if you get your order right
