It was a busy site with many people coming and going. It was very noisy with all the activities in the room.The orders were provided accurately and quickly. The nice apart about a Starbucks is no matter where you go, the results are very similar!!

I don’t know what was more nasty my drink or faiths attitude .horrible customer service so rude for no reason. Don’t waste your time here go to forest plaza location. Worth the 2 minute longer drive .

I think this Starbucks needs people that actually care about their customers especially customers of COLOR!!!. Me, my husband and sister came in earlier today to get some work done and the minute we came in these two fat employees (females) were watching my husband the whole time as if he was some criminal coming in there. My husband was feeling a little off today but thought he could make it by. He ended up passing out and was feeling sick. The two fat employees did absolutely NOTHING!!! Except give him water. I watched as they were both smirking and laughing and with another employee who was a male who takes out the garbage. They didn’t call the ambulance nor ensure if he was okay further. We will not be coming back here anymore. This is how they treat people of color and if we want to we could sue this whole company. Unacceptable

Neither bathroom had soap to wash your hands.The coffee I ordered wasn’t what I got. It tasted like the beans had been swapped and I didn’t get the Verona I ordered.They also left my coffee sitting to the side. My wife had her coffee and we waited for a while before they asked what the other coffee we were waiting on, which was the swapped around not Verona blend.

I ordered 2 non fat lattes no foam light whip. When I got home both cups were half foam and only one had a cup of whip. Worst latte ever!
