This location is the worst everytime I go the customer service is not up to par. The employees are always rude especially if you accidentally do a dine in pick up instead of a drive-through pick up

Every other Starbucks makes my same order perfect. This one is super stingy! I would not recommend this place!
So I’m really not one to leave bad reviews but this interaction really started my day off bad. I was going through the drive through & right off rip when I mentioned I had an order to pick up, the person at the drive through had an attitude. I proceeded to go to the window, and was given the wrong order. When I spoke up about it, the man, (tall, dark black hair, & tattoos) shouted at me and told me to give the drink back. He snatched the drink out of my hand. He was so mean through the entireeeeee interaction as if any of this was my fault. He later then opened the window, gave me my new drink, and before I could say anything just slammed the window on me lol. Needless to say I won’t come back to this location ever again. I’ve never had any issues here but if you’re working in customer service, PLEASE make sure to have the skillset to be customer-service FRIENDLY.

Awful Experience. I ordered my usual — a grande iced shaken espresso — and what I received was an absolute joke. It was barely even a tall, not close to the usual amount I get. I understand it won’t be filled to the top because they put a grande in a venti cup, but $12 for a coffee including tip and fees (ordered through Door Dash) and it’s barely the size of a tall?!
I've ordered this exact drink countless times from other locations, and I know exactly how it’s supposed to look. To get this tiny, overpriced portion is not just disappointing, it’s borderline stealing.
Shame on you, Starbucks. I will NEVER be ordering from this store again. Do better.

Hi, curious why DoorDash would be able to help as they didn’t prepare the coffee, they just delivered it. I did receive a refund from DoorDash, but the root cause of the problem stems from the staff’s carelessness - hence the review. Hopefully, you can take this to your team as a learning experience. Thanks.

I was traveling today and desperately needed a coffee stop, so I decided to visit this Starbucks. What a mistake! The guy taking my order at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I’m not usually picky and can go with whatever, but I simply asked for a tall coffee, flavored with hazelnut, and requested cream and sugar. The guy’s attitude was ridiculous—he made me feel so uncomfortable just for asking for sugar. He sounded so upset that i asked for sugar, telling me I was “supposed” to tell him how much sugar; i’ve never had this experience at any other Starbucks and i told him two would be ok. Who talks to a customer like that?!
When I got to the window, it just got worse. The cup he handed me was dripping wet with coffee, and some of it spilled on my blazer and my cup holder got dirty as well. On top of that, it wasn’t even what I ordered—no hazelnut, just a bitter black coffee with some sugar dumped in. I had been driving for hours and was exhausted, so I didn’t have the energy to deal with it. I just took, said thank you and left.
The coffee tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Not only was the coffee awful, but the service was absolutely terrible. This guy clearly didn’t want to be there and treated me like I was stupid for simply ordering a basic drink. I’m beyond frustrated with this experience, and I’ll definitely be avoiding this Starbucks in the future. If you value decent service and a halfway drinkable coffee, please go to some other Starbucks.
**I do not want to be contacted by Starbucks about this issue. I have seen you reply to other negative reviews, but if you really wanted to make things right, this type of experience wouldn’t keep happening after so many one and two star reviews already posted here.
