There is always a problem with my order at this store. I asked for no cherries in my shake (can't eat them) and they put extra cherries in the shake. I handed it back to get fixed, and there are still cherries in the shake. Waste of money. I want a refund.

Take my family there every year and always have an awesome day and come home with the best treats ever. Especially the cidar, donuts apples n fudge can't beat it. We missed Rob Edwards this year he was both my son's and my oldest granddaughters music teacher. As far as price we never worry about the price because the quality is always great. It’s been a few years since my last steak ‘n Shake stop, and I gotta say I have been missing out! The burger was fantastic. The French fries with beef tallow are some of the best I’ve ever had! And you can even buy with bitcoin!!

Since they no longer have any service to the table this had become just like any other fast food joint, except for the food. The steakburger still has more flavor and a fresher taste than any other equivalent place you can go in my opinion. Walked right up to a machine to order, starting to get the hang of these things. Pick up at counter like everybody else. Prices seemed about the same a others. Miss the $4.00 menu. Maybe a $6.50 menu?

You have to scan for a drink and it shuts off if you try tolet the foam settle,but you can scan for refills. Tables are dirty,cleaned my own. Food was ok. Music was to loud on crackly speakers
The ordering system is frustrating but help was offered, and accepted. I would prefer the option of ordering at the counter.
