Always great food, great 10 star service from the person that made my sandwich but the manager and general manager (from what I overheard them talking about that was their positions at least) they stood there talking the entire time I was in there while the worker took care of me and a line of customers alone and the dining room was a mess. She’s deserves a raise at least, can’t believe management would do that during lunch rush.

Very nice and pleasant servers. Clean facility. The $5.00 footlong days are long gone. Paid $13.00 for a combo meal. I'm now lon gone, too.

We were glad this place was open. We were going to a Crossroads Blues Society event at the Burpee Museum, and stopped at Jimmy Johns, which had closed early and locked the doors. This was on a Sunday, and the fast food streets seem to "roll up" in Rockford, so we were glad to find this place open.The staff was friendly, and we got our order in promptly. The sandwiches we ordered (a Spicy Italian and a Steak and Cheese) were good, and had the bread and toppings we ordered.The neighborhood is interesting.

These guys were having a lot of fun at work and that made me smile. The soup was good. Very hot. It got busy as I took my time there. The crew seemed very nice to all their costumer's. The bathroom could use a cleaning and the busted front door was odd. I guess odd that it hadn't been fixed....

All 3 employees asking what my name is and do I have my phone to verify my order. I didn’t know who do answer to and I Have never been asked for my phone to verify. My order is usually on the shelve done and waiting for pick-up. That was a little much for something that was very easy , 2 FTLNGS, idk.
