Waited in line for a long time. Felt bad for the girl working there until she took a lady that cut in front of me.
First off the Subway in front of the Cherryvale mall in the road ranger was closed because the employee didn’t show up. So to please my son we went into the mall to get his sandwich. Big mistake. The store does not honor the coupons and made their sign to only allow you to get their select sandwiches. They were out of ingredients to make the first two subs I requested so instead of ordering the 3 foot long subs I just left with one 6” sub. It’s like the slums of Subways. This franchisee should be ashamed of his store! Wouldn’t be surprised if he owned the closed store out front as well.

I ordered two foot-long sandwiches, but both of them had cucumber, which I did not request in my online order. Additionally, when I received my order, the veggie patty was frozen. I asked to see their food license, but they did not show it to me. When I requested to speak with the manager, they told me the manager did not want to talk to me. What kind of response is that? This is the service you provide? I will not be buying from you anymore.
We ordered the veggie patties sandwiches, but all veggie pies were pretty frozen. They didn’t warm it even and all ingredients were messed up even requested to talk to the manager, but Manager didn’t want to come on the phone and they are also running this restaurant without having the food license I requested to show them the food license, but they didn’t show me the food license.
How they can run the food restaurant without having the food license even their employees are not ready to show me the food license. Even manager was not ready speak with us.
I called all the Rockford area Subways to ask if they had the seafood sensation sub and they all said no except this one and I got there and found out they don't have it either. I do eat other subway sandwiches, but the seafood sensation sub has been my favorite since I was a kid. I think it was called seafood and crab when I was younger. Very disappointed. Totally wasted my time!!! Needless to say they didn't get my business today. I walked across to Sbarro's and ordered food.
Sandwich was good, customer service was poor. Girl making sandwich didn't have a uniform or hat on. Ordered a #3 said I want exactly what's supposed to come on it. Missed 3 items, kept looking back at menu board above to look at ingredients to make sandwich. Girl checking me out kept talking to her friend who wanted to borrow her debit card. Just wasn't that great of experience.
Served me raw bread!!!! I ordered a sub on a Sunday afternoon and when I bit into it I realized the bread was still dough. Went to the counter to tell the staff and all they said was “? thank you” I’ll definitely be filing a chargeback with my bank and checking in with a doctor because consuming raw eggs can be harmful if not deadly

Ordered the 6 inch tuna sandwich. Not the best as it left me with a stomach issue minutes after finishing it. Also Would not honor the 10% AARP discount. All other Subways have in the past honored

They were rude to me momma
Out of meatballs had to wait 20 min for them. The workers were young and needed better customer service.
Good service like any other Subway.
Great sandwiches and friendly employees.
