When calling to explain maybe a remake this HORRIBLE MANAGER JASMINE acted as if I needed to lie about it BABY ITS A SUB SAND-WHICH CAN YOU FIX OR NO like being just shouldn’t be an excuse ! But like always they get away with treating people with disrespect! Take accountability rather you feel it was done to your best ability it wasn’t done to the customer satisfaction. Be a manager ! Have a good day ! And jasmine don’t worry honey your restaurant needed that 17 maybe they can take that and hire a better manager for their place of business cause with that attitude I don’t see how yall lasting this long!!

I ordered thru the app today and when I got there I was told they were out of the one foot long sandwich. They could give me an inch one tho. I said I just want my money back and they had no idea how to do it and their boss wasn’t responding to their phone calls. I left with no sandwich’s and did not get my money back either. Not happy.

This subway needs to be shut down permanently. Today some workers were making sandwiches without gloves on and the others were not being sanitary and never changed their gloves. They were cussing and had huge attitudes in front of children. It was so unsanitary we refused the sandwich, got a refund, and will be trying to contact corporate or the owner.

I ordered a personal pizza. Just cheeses with extra cheese. Asked me wheat, footlong all these questions. I was so confused. When I got too the window I realized they were building me a sandwich. I told the lady in the widow I just wanted a regular cheese pizza with extra cheese. She told one of her coworkers. Tattoo in face. Pearsings. Trashy looking. She came and yelled at me in the drive threw window for no reason. I just wanted a cheese pizza. Very rude. Ended up driving away. Looking for corporate number

Last time I was there, the girl making my sandwich was chewing gum with her mouth open while making my sandwich. Not only is that gross, but I'm pretty sure it's a health code violation, too. I'll be going to a different location from now on.
She ran out of "steak" for my foot long so instead of getting more she just spread it out. Very cheap! I asked but she wasn't getting more...... sad
