I was there this morning at 9am place was not open, the employees just were look at me like they don't see any one at the door.The sign said opens at 9am.Please if you don't open at 9am change your sign.The sign says open at 9am.

Gotta give 5 stars all the way, I work for cubesmart and the two gentlemen that was working today 1/12/24 they have gotten me in and out quickly they was up most pleasant, they greated the people walking in like they was family, joked with them, and on top of all, the place was very well maintained clean, the south alpine store is the cleanest of all rockford stores! The guys was quick and friendly, I would recommend this store to anyone

The staff has horrible customer service. They are very rude to customers. I just had a horrible experience. I order 4 sandwiches that were supposed to have double meat and were supposed to be toasted and none of them were made according to ticket. My tickets were on the floor and they refused to pick them up. One of my sandwiches couldn't even be made because they ran out of ingredients for it.

We stopped by on Halloween evening. John and Bryson are awesome employees. Very friendly, and courteous young men!! We will definitely be back as long as these two guys are here!!!

This was the first time using subways drive-thru and I was amazed how fast I got my food!! I'd definitely recommend going if you are strapped for time.

Wonderful experience with catering. We had ordered 3 boxes of sandwiches, tray of cookies. Everything was delicious and fresh. Even the veggies and condiment tray was great! I have always found the manager and staff very kind and caring. Will continue to come into this Subway. Good job!!

I was very frustrated by this Subway. Took my son there for lunch. They charge a $1 per small cup of water. I asked them why and they said to pay for the cup. So $2 dollars for two small water cups (clear plastic cup not the Subway small drink cup). First Subway I have visited that did that. So we skipped the water.In addition, I always get the 12 inch Tuna (my favorite sandwich). The server went out of his way to make sure I got as little tuna as possible. I have never seen the tap and scrap method he used to make sure I got as little tuna as possible. The only thing I can think of is he was running low on tuna and decided to conserve it. The sandwich really tasted like a vegie sandwich put way above the vegie price. Felt ripped off and is the first time I didn't leave a tip at the end. Very frustrated.Nice atmosphere. Very clean.I recommend you drive to another Subway.
