My dad was literally in the store before it closed waiting to be served, then it turned 9 when the workers tell him the store is close and Can’t serve him . After that they started laughing about it .The food was still out able to prepare a sub and the door to the store was still UNLOCKED after the fact of them saying they are closed . I feel if you’re really closing the store then that door should be locked so no one could even come in .I feel that’s very unprofessional and we won’t be getting anything else from this subway location again.

I would give it 0 stars for service because I went in asked the cashier if they took coupons which he replied Yes.I asked the sandwich maker which sandwiches I could choose from ( because with the coupon there are specific options, totally cool) .I picked a sandwich & the toppings and she wrapped up My sandwichTHE CASHIER SPECIFICALLY ASKED HER FOR THE COUPON & SHE HANDED HIM THE COUPON!!!??I got FOUR cookies and a sandwich and the coupon was for $6.99 & cookies .79 cents ( for ppl bad at math that's $10.15) why TF was I charged $14.02?!?! & Then when I say something about it the 2 working tried blaming me that I didn't give the coupon, HONESTLY I DON'T CARE ABOUT $3.00 BUT IT'S THE POINT I PICKED A SANDWICH THAT ONLY WAS ACCEPTED WITH THE COUPON WHEN I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN MY REGULAR IF I'D OF KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO OVERCHARGE ME.PLUS HE DIDN'T even offer my receipt which pretty much shows me he knew he was overcharging me ,but I knew something was off & requested my receipt. Point is be loud and make sure you're being charged correctly before paying because they will not help you once you pay.

If im buying a footlong and my only toppings are tomato, green pepper, and black olives and i ask for extra black olives because it was such a tiny amount. No customer wants to hear that will be .79 cents extra. Since when does any subway in the world charge for extra basic toppings, especially when the amount that was laid on an entire foot-long 12 inches was like six olives. The girls comment made no sense about olives being an extra cost, if u think about it i could have asked for every topping there was, but did explain that it was the owner that is making them charge people extra. My girlfriend asked for extra tomato without any fuss at all or extra cost. Whole conversation was offputting and we will not be back. They said that she owns that subway and she can make her own rules. That is fine. We will go to a different subway. It’s a little ridiculous when I’m only getting three toppings on my sandwich and I go to ask for a little bit of more black olives, which she can watch back on the camera as an owner and see not that serious. It’s a little ridiculous to get that cheap. This isnt mcdonalds its subway and unless its bacon or cheese or something crazy quit being that damn cheap with basic toppings that never before were charged extra for!!!

Got about half the ingredients on half the sandwich and half on the other...cheese ripped into fat chunks instead of slices...who ever taught them to make subway, failed.

Terrible, did not revive double portion of what I asked for, but got charged for it. Got double cheese instead of what I originally asked for. Also an employee seemed to be seriously intoxicated. I would give a zero but that is not an option.

Went to this location and no one was in the restaurant, but she was working on a order. I understand she was working on a order but she did not acknowledge I was there. She made sure she did not make eye contact. Customer Service was very bad today. I just left.
