Wish this place was better as I live right by here. Every single time there is such a long wait to order. There won’t even be a customer in sight. Maybe one person inside. And if someone is in front of you at the drive thru, forget about it. Im not sure what is going on to cause such long waits, but it’s surely not volume of customers. This is a long standing issue. Also you cannot drive off after ordering. If they take 20+ minutes, you are stuck in their subway hell until they get the person in front of you their order

I ordered a Veggie Delite salad online on10/28/25. I picked it up, went home and ate it. When I was done, I noticed there were no tomatoes or cucumbers in it. Both were listed on the receipt in the list of ingredients.I tried calling them for about a half an hour and no one answered. I drove back to the store and told the lady working there what 2 ingredients (at least) were missing and she told me she didn't see tomatoes on the ingredients list. They were on the list. She told me she couldn't make me a new one because I already ate the original one. I told her I was hungry and ate it and then realized there were no tomatoes or cucumbers in it. Who brings a salad home and then picks through it with their fork to make sure everything is there? Nobody. There are better Subways in Rockford. Frequent THEM, not this place.

I ordered a turkey ham and cheese 6 inch sub what I got was a ham and cheese only very little lettuce and even less green peppers for what I paid it's no wonder there was no one in the place I will be going to Jimmy John's from now on at least ypu get more than 2 losey slices of ham for real and paper thin neveeagain!

SpotLight

Take down the drive thru if it's not gonna be utilized correctly. Paid for my food and sat at the window for 25 minutes, yelled into the window, no awnser, I had to go in and when the saw me started making the sandwich while I fetched my chips and drink. Not only that but the sandwiches weren't even cut, weren't toasted, 1 didn't even have cheese.
