I ordered a turkey ham and cheese 6 inch sub what I got was a ham and cheese only very little lettuce and even less green peppers for what I paid it's no wonder there was no one in the place I will be going to Jimmy John's from now on at least ypu get more than 2 losey slices of ham for real and paper thin neveeagain!

Take down the drive thru if it's not gonna be utilized correctly. Paid for my food and sat at the window for 25 minutes, yelled into the window, no awnser, I had to go in and when the saw me started making the sandwich while I fetched my chips and drink. Not only that but the sandwiches weren't even cut, weren't toasted, 1 didn't even have cheese.
Bread was not soft it was very hard

I love that they coupons that come through the mail. It helps me with feeding my family. The staff were friendly and patient with me, since I had 4 subs to buy.

Don’t call it curbside pickup and ask me the color and what kind of car I have if your employees aren’t going to bring out the food. I say and waited 20 minutes in my car for them to bring it out because that’s what it said they’d do and they did not. And then the young lady sat there and looked at me all stupid when I finally went in to grab my food.

45 minutes to get through the drive thru. Obviously they are short on help. They need to close the drive thru if not properly staffed to not waste peoples time. Only two cars ahead of me when I pulled in. Never going back.

They don't honor coupons as suggested, it's privately owned and not like the rest of the subways and it's also more expensive here. So get ready for the weird faces and quirky attitudes.
