I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered online tonight to be picked up. It was clearly placed by 7:30 pm. The website said open until 9. The trace of the order alerted me that the order went through and even let me know when it was ready. I drove there at 7:45 and the open sign was on, but door locked and clearly closed. Now I have to go in there tomorrow and demand a refund. I no longer want the food. This is just not right at all!
11th Street..... Super friendly clean only negative is they have so much business by the end of the night they are running out of product to make sandwiches.

Ordered here through the app tuna sandwich with everything in it. Went there and grabbed my bag went back to work then I found that they only put tomoatoes lettuce and tuna inside the sandwich, no seasoning.

we ordered a couple of sandwiches, they made one wrong the lady told us she couldn’t make it again because the owner didn’t let them.. the sandwiches were so little like they didn’t put not meat at all they looks so skinny.. they looked like the ones they sell for a dollar.. never coming back to this subway!

Well, I just got off work and I stopped by this particular subway to get a sandwich. I walk in the door and I was the only one there. The guy behind the counter asked me if I had an Internet order. I said no.He said well it’s gonna be about a 35 minute wait because I just got a 25 meal order. I asked him if he could just make mine real quick because I was the only one there and he told me no because they’ve already paid for their meal and if they show up and it’s not done because I was making a sandwich for you. I start walking away and I said well you have Lost a customer. His comment was well I got a $50 order so I can afford to lose a customer.

Just a normal Subway with normal people there's really nothing much to it.
Parking: There is so many holes and rocks everywhere in this parking lot I'm pretty sure someone in a wheelchair would have a very difficult time getting around without getting stuck or needing some assistance

Ordered two sandwiches online.expressed how & what wanted .. got home had two completely different sandwiches. Told manager ,was rude .said wouldn't do anything to rectify the mistake.. BIG PROBLEMS !!!

Grossest subway I've ever seen, they have more expensive prices then Subways and also it was very dirty in there. Go anywhere else!
Ordered on line 11 subs for work. Only had 1 person working, as I was waiting more people started coming in. The employee apologized to everyone and continued to work. Finally another employee ( I think was owner ) showed up. Both apologized again before I left.

I tried ordering via the app. Received a call my order was canceled beause they aren't participating in the promo. The staff was nice but. I Ordered again and it was terrible. I paid for double meat and got 3 slices on a footlong, 3 my sub was $16! Jimmy John's is much better and worth the money. I could get a double with 5 times more meat for 12 bucks. Don't waste your money.
