Ordered on line 11 subs for work. Only had 1 person working, as I was waiting more people started coming in. The employee apologized to everyone and continued to work. Finally another employee ( I think was owner ) showed up. Both apologized again before I left.

I tried ordering via the app. Received a call my order was canceled beause they aren't participating in the promo. The staff was nice but. I Ordered again and it was terrible. I paid for double meat and got 3 slices on a footlong, 3 my sub was $16! Jimmy John's is much better and worth the money. I could get a double with 5 times more meat for 12 bucks. Don't waste your money.

Online says they take coupons place an app order just to get a call saying the don’t take coupons. What’s going on here? Long gone are the days of trying to honor your mistakes. Would rather tell you to have a nice day then fix the situation. Super unprofessional won’t ever come back here again!

Ordered online and used the store search for footlong BOGO special. The search brought me to 11th st Subway. Placed my order and was contacted minutes later saying “we do not participate in the BOGO special, we have to refund you”. You flood my mailbox with coupons I can’t use, your app gives me specials I can’t use. What’s the use of marketing if nobody accepts or honors any specials?? Never will I be back to any Subway especially 11th st in Rockford Illinois. Very poor everything on Subways behalf!

When ordering online if you don't add a 15, 20 % tip you can't order, called this location the girl told me oh I don't know why, call corporate so I did.They said nope have no control of that it's the individual stores that set that up. Maybe that's why subway won't be in business to much longer. When ordering online go to check out n scroll up the tip was added to your bill.

$20 for a sandwich and a drink and a bag of chips. Nothing special got here at 8:30 they close at 9:00 they said they're closing in a half an hour you can't dine in their store. That's it I'm done with Subway too expensive. Just too expensive and then you don't even get to sit down and eat
I don’t remember the new lady’s name today May 8, 2023 at 12pm but she had some serious attitude with everyone and a smart mouth, such a sniveler. Making a sandwich can’t be that hard.Also she was talking bad about her manager commenting “if we don’t have something it’s her fault” making constant unnecessary comments.

Will never eat there the girl working Saturday mornings the one with a limp just sat in her car smoking and talking on her phone I had to wait on her to come in the store then while making my sandwich she burped over to of my food this place is disgusting don't waist your time!!!

Food waa sloppy made just horrible, none of the sandwiches were labeled no napkins just hard bread horrible service called to complain girl got rude said call management in morning I believe her name was Morgan said she was supervisor.Kid-friendliness: Called to complain about my irder girl was rude Morgan I believe her name was told me call tomorrow talk manager hung up.
