Walked in about a month ago with coupons and the Indian couple started talking about us. I stared the guy down and asked what the problem was. The lady printed to a sign and said no coupons. That’s fine. I’ll order without. I ordered and the food was expired. It tasted disgusting. Corporate was contacted. What a waste of 35.00. Just to get talked about in another language and served expired food. The health department needs to be called.

They thought it was funny to sell a sandwich with expired ranch. When we returned to get a new one they had switched the ranch and said that it was fine and laughed.

This place doesn’t accept Subway coupons, and if they do, they put arbitrary restrictions on what you can use them on. And due to a language barrier, they weren’t really able to explain that adequately. I’m not sure how this place is still open, but I will not be back. There are plenty of other Subways in town. Skip this one.

No complaints really other then they dont have hot honey. It was the main reason ive started eating subway again. Bring back hot honey!!

I went in with coupons and knew exactly what I wanted. The sandwich maker in charge pointed to a list of the only sandwiches you could have with those coupons. None of the coupons so there was a certain list you had to choose from. I've been in this Subway before and never had an issue with any of the coupons I used. This will be the last time I go in there.
Was aweful had a lady rush me thew the order came out all wrong the sandwich was dry after I asked for three sauces then we get to the window a lady with tattoos on her face was super rude and they messed up the drinks rather go to state st or Springfield...was aweful
My fiancé picked up dinner for us at the Edgebrook location tonight. I had to throw the entire foot long sub into the trash! Horrible. Stale, gross bread that had to have been sitting for days. We will NOT be back to this location again.

Google is saying they are participating in 6.99 deal yet the store says they are not. Someone in this company needs to fix this... drove here for nothing...

Seems like this Subway has gone down hill. I live right around the area .4 miles to exact. The bread was staleThe bread was The bread was stale at 11 AM. People were rude (and I was warned by my husband not to go back to this subway ) the worst was I just came from chemotherapy and wanted to eat something before I got sick. I couldn't believe how rude they were and I was ordering a sandwich for my husband also, I always get the same thing and was kinda blown away how rude they were for nothing but me ordering a few footlong sandwiches. Anyways got home and bread was awful and they put turkey in my sandwich and I asked for ham. I was pissed off and was gonna go back . My husband said don't waste your time they don't care . He said he's been going to a different subway for awhile now. Before he went to work he went to a different Subway and got me my sandwich. Again I use to love this subway. It's only .4 miles away from home, I'll be driving to a better subway if I ever want another sandwich. Stay away in my opinion!!!!!

Do not stop here!!!! They charged $10.00 for what they said was a protein bowl! They said they should only have amount of lettuce/spinach as sandwich and ALL other Subways are wrong!

We will NEVER be returning to this location. I placed the order online to be picked up by 9:35am. My husband picked it up. When he got home, he said the employee was very rude and pretty much threw the bag at him and said "there ya go." When we unwrapped our sandwiches, it was just DRENCHED in sauce. It looked disgusting, not even edible. My husband went back to the restaurant to get a new sandwich. The employee (she stated she was the owner) very rudely said there was nothing wrong with the sandwich and that is how they always make them (three "swipes" of the sauce). My husband said he has been going there for years and he has never received a sandwich like that. The employee aka owner then said "Well that makes sense, you're older than dirt." Absolute ridiculous thing for anyone especially the owner of a restaurant to say. The other employee then proceeded to remake the sandwich, and instead of putting three "swipes" of sauce, she put one GIANT swipe which made it worse than the first sandwich. My husband said "come on! now you are just doing that on purpose!" And the employee and owner just looked at each other and smirked. My husband said "Nevermind. I don't even want your food if that's how you're going to be" and he left - no refund and no sandwich. He went to a different location (East State St. location) and he said the employees were so nice and welcoming and made his sandwich just the way he liked.

After being rudely told that I should order one sandwich at a time, I ordered a Mexicali without chicken. (I am a vegetarian.) After being asked if I wanted pepper jack cheese (which I did), and avocado (which I did), they made a sandwich with chicken. I told her I asked for no chicken. She said "that's not a Mexicali". I asked her "When someone asks for the Mexicali without avocado, do you tell them it's not a Mexicali?" She just stared at me. Not only did I get charged for a veggie Delite with cheese and avocado added, (it is supposed to come with cheese), I got charged for the extra 6'' sandwich I didn't even take home. This sandwich artist should probably learn that the customers aren't there to grovel at her feet in order to beg for their food and that customer service does matter.
