Waited approximately 45 minutes for food even after asking about our order! Then the waitress said she took 25% off for the delay. When we looked at the bill, she had only taken the 25% off one order -- not the entire order ..Won't be back.

Horrible. We were seated for lunch and waiting for over 40 minutes before receiving our food. Once we received the food it was cold. No one came to check on us.

Waiting for 40 mins before my meal even came. The manager was not on duty. Asked more than once for an update on my food. No response. I was finally told two additional minutes all while staff sitting out in booths talking to customers instead of checking to make sure food was being cooked and served. People came in after me was served their food. Whennit finally came out at 12:45pm my lunch was already over. Did not eat the food, horrible service.

This was our first visit, but it won't be our last. My brother and I enjoyed a melt in your mouth, delicious breakfast! Most places breakfasts are similar, nothing especially stands out, although most are yummy. Here, however, I'm not sure what it was, but the hashbrowns had EXTRA FLAVOR the likes if which I've not experienced before. Perhaps they use special oil and/or spices? I ordered the SeniorTennessee Breakfast, which is a half order of biscuits and gravy, served with potatoes and an egg, any style. My brother had the Cinnamon Swirl Slammers, which is 2 egg and sausage sandwiches...OMG, SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS. I highly recommend Swedish Pancake House!

My food was delicious!!! I ate every single bite. The potatoes were cooked just right and so buttery, my sandwich was yummy. Our server was very sweet!
