I didn’t know this place serves Mexican food. It can cause confusion because the whole place is themed as a candy store. They have unique ice cream flavors, cheesecakes, and ice cream cakes. Not to mention the different candy selection they offer. Never seen a sweet shop selling food before. I guess there’s a first time for everything. I bought a funnel cake. It was light and fluffy. I paired it with my sister’s ice cream and it was delicious.

We also got an offensive amount of taffy and jelly bellies, a lot of which seemed to be pretty stale, so I'd probably stay away from the buy by weight items.

I need to write this review because I think it's important for the public to know what an incredible gem we have in our own backyard.
First, let me begin by saying how awesome the inside decor is of this place! I mean a colossal size gum ball machine, huge jelly beans hanging from the ceiling, candy galore and don't forget the exciting variety of ice cream. Oh and not in the mood for sweets? Don't worry they have food that is so good the moment you smell it you begin to salivate.
But honestly, I'm not just writing this review on the food and atmosphere, I need to mention what a wholesome family owns this place. I was in a rut in needing a location for my daughter's birthday party. Our original location fell through and I had 1 week to figure it out or I would be forced to cancel. I reached out to sweets and eats and from the very first interaction Mary and Amy were willing to do whatever needed to host a party at their establishment. This is something they really haven't done but we're all on board to having 20 children come and run havoc for 3 hours. They catered the food, plated kids meals, set out extra food for guests, had children choosing out their own candy bags, had children choosing their favorite sundae, allowed us to play games and didn't mind us putting some birthday decorations up.
Every child had a blast, they were fed, sugared up and played games without fault. Then as the party ended, they called the birthday girl over and gave her a huge candy bucket bouquet. She was in awe as if it couldn't had gotten any better.
If you have never been there don't wait! .. and if you are looking for a fun sweet filled birthday give them a call. They just might be willing and able to put one more heck of a party together!

i don’t usually leave bad reviews but my first time being here wasn’t a great experience. i waited 20 minutes for a single tamale - while the people behind me in line ordered 3+ tamales and got them before me ? Then as i went to go by my husband and finally sit down and they stacked the chairs next to me and reached over me to close the blinds as im eating mind you there is 3 family’s still in there ordering. honestly just bad service. wouldn’t come again

Stopped in for lunch while charging up the EV on our road trip. Holy cow everything was so incredibly salty, even the guac, which was watery? More of a guac sauce with the consistency of a salsa. Got a barbacoa quesadilla which had potential if it wasn't so salty. Paired with salty guac I probably got my weekly salt intake in one meal. Saving grace was the neutrality of the sour cream, which was most of what we ate with our chips that we had to scrape piles of salt off of. Luckily the tres leches cake wasn't salty, but it was super average.
