the people working lunch shift are consistently incapable of listening. no issues with dinner or late night. i pulled up today and asked for the loaded beef nachos but to substitute potatoes for beef. the woman on the other side, receipt says mayra h, laughed at me and said "you want the beef nachos without beef?". i said "yeah, i can’t eat beef so i want to substitute it with potatoes". she kept ringing it in wrong, i repeated again "i do not want any meat on it, i can’t eat beef. substitute it with potatoes." and had to do this several more times and emphasize that my body can't digest red meat before i saw her ring it in right. i pulled up to the window, paid for my food, and lo and behold she went back and rang it back in the wrong way, charging me for potatoes and putting beef on there. i didn't even notice there was beef on it until i was nearly done with the nachos and have been throwing up all day and had to leave work early because of such a gross disregard of food safety knowledge. i am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service or capability of listening presented by the staff. things like this have happened several times at this location.Dietary restrictions: staff does not listen regarding dietary restrictions.

I'll admit I don't eat too much fast food, but I had worked late and it was the only place open nearby. I hit the drive thru to find out they were completely out of all chicken products, so I opted for "steak." The guy that took my order was nice enough, and worked quickly, but the food just wasn't good. Everything that was supposed to be crunchy was pretty much soggy and what they called steak seemed a misnomer. I have eaten Taco Bell before, but I never remembered it being that bad. Maybe you have to be drunk to force it down, and I don't drink much anymore. I ended up throwing away most of the order. Perhaps if they would have had any chicken products at all, it would have been a better experience, but it seems unlikely. At least they didn't make me wait long...

I wanna start by saying the food and employees haven't been an issue once for me but the app is another story. Every time I try to click contact us on the app or the web It allows me to fill everything out but won't let me.submut it. So now it's being left as a review for everyone to see instead of just the company. I will be deleting the app once I have my money refunded to my account AGAIN. I've ordered / tried to order food on your app I wanna say at least 12-13 times this month, out of those 12-13 times I got charged for my order but the app says error and doesn't send over the order at least 8 or 9 times. But the worse part is not only do I get charged for the food and have to wait for a refund I then can't even get the food I was trying to order / the price because it's online exclusive items / pricing. I have to buy my food again and end up losing my rewards points on top of paying more for the food. Just complete garbage of an app.But like I said I'll be deleting it after I get my money refunded again and just stick to the other fast food chains that I haven't had an issue with.

Went to order around 10 PM. My dad is bilingual plus he’s had bestial surgery after having cancer on his face. The person taking his order was extremely short and rude. First, she said she couldn’t understand anything he saying, and then she didn’t even complete our order. She didn’t get a chance to order any drinks. So we pull up to the next window and we try to finish order and she’s asked if we want to go around again. And then once again, she said she didn’t understand anything he was saying. The whole time she was snarling, rolling her eyes, and sighing. I understand people go through a lot during their shift. But if you are working in fast food, it usually involves customer service. And they’re definitely is training on being more aware of ethnicities in your demographics. And I’m sure there’s training on awareness on disabilities or impediment like speech, etc.. Even with all that training, it would not make up for her attitude and discuss she had visibly on her face not only for the rest of us, but for the surgery affects on my dad’s face. It takes a lot of motivation, and strength, and courage to go out and do something as simple as order a meal from an OBESE employee who has the nerve to be disgusted with how someone looks is beyond my understanding.

I went through the drive through, received our order to find out our order was incorrect, we placed an order for all chicken but needless to say they gave us beef! Not to mention there is an upcharge for chicken. We called and went back through the drive through, they took the incorrect food back?? Are they serving it to another customer, after we opened it up and touched it to find out it was incorrect! No apologies given and I did the survey and contacted corporate and never received a response. Terrible customer service and a lack of professionalism because it was the manager who took the incorrect order from us. They need to be more attentive to the orders received and given, and be more professional!! You are good as your leadership! Save yourself time and money...do not patronize this location!!
