They had tech difficulties with their mobile orders this day but was nice about fixing the issue..... The atmosphere is clean cool calm and collective in the inside

Beware when placing an order in the drive thru. Person at the window almost charged me for Cinnabons I never ordered and when I pointed it out they chuckled corrected it but I never received a receipt at the window. I never had a bad experience at this taco bell until today which sucks because im pregnant rn and I love taco bell. Might have to drive to a different one for my cravings now. Atleast all my food was correct

I just ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito. I love the food at this taco bell, it's always fresh. I had an outside coffee from McDonald's with me and they told me I can't have it inside so I finished it while I waited for the restroom and disposed of it. When I sat down to eat the lady who said she was a manager walked over to me frantically saying she told me already that I can't have an outside coffee in the establishment speaking in an extremely loud voice. I asked her if she saw a coffee and she grabbed my food bag and looked inside it and at the name on the bag. She yelled cian is it im the manager so I said do you see me eating? Please stop harassing me and she said she is calling the police so I started recording her frantically behavior and informed her that she is not a good employee and she said I'm a bad person. I told her to go ahead and call the police because I've done nothing wrong. She said I'm not allowed back. I've never been kicked out of anywhere in my entire life. I feel sorry for the other employees that have to work with her. Everyone else, including the young man who took my order were extremely professional and very friendly.

My Husband went there tonight, and He had the greatest customer service with a girl named Heather there. Shout out to you girl! My Husband still says your customer service is so good you shouldn't be working there. Lol.

Drove through the drive thru at 7:22pm on 10/07/2025 and ordered 2 $7 luxe boxes for my son (11 years old) and I. I forgot to tell them no lettuce, and it had sour cream that he didn't like.. He said he just wanted another burrito. So I told him to go back in and ask if he could give the other food back, and just have a burrito with meat and cheese. They gave him a brand new luxe box for free with no lettuce or sour cream on the taco and other thing, and gave him his burrito with extra cheese :) He loved it, and they made him happy, so you know I'm happy! I've been coming here for years. Used to live a couple blocks away on Fairview Blvd. THIS IS THE BEST TACO BELL FROM MACHESNEY PARK TO ROCKFORD, NO LIE. You will not be disappointed. Kudos to the crew that is in there working at this moment. You all deserve a raise and have excellent customer service skills A+ A+

After waiting at the drive thru with no acknowledgment that we pulled up our cinnamon delights were iced colddd the lady told me the were supposed to be in the middle but these were cold outside and inside! Rather than giving me a fresh order they re-dropped the previous batch

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with chicken, a bean burrito, and a beefy 5 layer. After eating I started to vomit and have liquid shit otherwise known as diarrhea. I am not happy and will not be going to this location anymore.

Place the DoorDash order was missing a few items out of the bag. My drink was a wild cherry Pepsi and it came to me clear call the store talk to a manager. She apologize but didn’t seem to take any responsibility of that. She’s not managing her store correctly.
