I used to say "Can't beat the $5.00 boxes for value." but after almost 2 years of at least weekly visits for breakfast, the $5 breakfast box is gone. Discontinued. Not available. I can still "roll my own", at a fairly substantial increase. I may have made my last breakfast run for the border. Haven't decided yet. Still pissed off about it.

Very nasty place they don’t clean a single thing food everywhere on the seats in the morning when they open, bathrooms look like they haven’t been touched in a year all around the health department should shut this location down

I normally have no problem here. But today (2-27-24) I ordered simple items. My mom picked up the order and 2 things were missing from the order, drink was filled half the way and the food was cold. My mom had to ask for the drink to be filled properly and she got nothing but attitude. When she got back home we called about all the issues with the order. We went back to get it fixed and they were unfriendly yet again. Don't let your employees attitudes ruin this place for your loyal customers.
They did not have the strawberry cream freeze anymore and it was a favorite!

This was probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever had experience with and I will go very in depth on the reason why, so that when they see this, they start doing betterI ordered off door dash, the first time I placed my order I made a mistake and sent it to my friends house. I can admit, that was my bad.However, I replaced the order. But when I received it I had a completely different order. Nothing in the bags was something on my receipt.After THEY messed up my order I placed my order a 3rd and final time, I went through at least 5 different doordashers who reported the employees cussing at them and being rude in regards to my order.On my 6th or 7th doordasher, I was in contact with a dasher named Phil. He was my saving grace through this whole situation. He went up to the window and called me on the phone so I could communicate with the person through the window.They lied and proceeded to tell me they made my order 5 or 6 times when I only placed it 3 times, making that not possible. Yet I had gone through VARIOUS doordashers that reported back to me, dropping my order, because of how rude these employees were to them.By the end of it I didn’t even want my food, I just wanted these doordashers to stop getting insulted.I understand not wanting to be at work New Year’s Day, but these people were just trying to do their jobs and make money just like you. In the future, please try to be patient.From one food service worker to many others, we are all just people.

So I asked for a #3 burrito Supreme and taco.I got No beef, just bean. No hot sauce even receipt has it printed. No napkins. Don't do the drive thru where you drive away and you are screwed.

Idk who was working around 8:30 on 11/15/23 but whoever was taking the order was RUDE, he kept asking if the order was finished in the middle of sentences, and scoffed after each item ordered, then we pulled up to the window, and he had an attitude my husband tried to let him know that the 2 cars in front of us pulled off he kept interrupting, and asking what he ordered.we both have worked in food service and would never be that rude!!

The employees are always unfriendly and I’ve had many orders that were wrong. I also had an incident where my mother was ordering and told the lady one moment while we looked at the menu, we hear a loud sigh and she goes “oh my god” with such attitude. My mom yelled back and told her to turn her headset off before she talks bad about people. We asked for the manager at the window and she acted like it was nothing and just brushed it off. The managers are just as bad as the employees

the girl named nanette c (according to the receipt) here is a nightmare. she's so rude and weirdly... like... protective? over the spicy ranch. literally the only time i ever get anything that gets spicy ranch with it she gets weirdly defensive. rolled chicken tacos? she gets weird about the spicy ranch to dip them in and INSISTS that it ONLY comes with nacho cheese, miss girl literally charged me for the spicy ranch. spicy potato soft taco? good luck getting the spicy ranch on it because any time she's working i just recieve a regular potato soft taco. and she's MEAN. like zero customer service skills from this woman. idk if it's those pesky long term anger issues caused by lead poisoning that gen Xers have or if she's just a generally miserable person, but honey go work in a warehouse if you hate customers. better yet, just anywhere that doesn’t have spicy ranch available since you have some weird vendetta against it.
