My husband and I visited last weekend and were extremely disappointed with our experience right from the moment we walked in. We stood at the host stand waiting to be acknowledged and were completely ignored, despite the hostess clearly seeing us standing there.
While we were waiting, another couple walked in behind us and was immediately greeted and seated ahead of us. At that point, it felt very clear to us that we were being treated differently because of our skin color. The situation made us feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and disrespected.
This experience felt discriminatory and left us feeling very unhappy and upset. No one should ever feel overlooked or less important because of their race. Because of how we were treated, we will not be returning to this location.

Wanted a booth, a little quieter, but the young hostess was confused and didn't get it, and couldn't accommodate. She tried to sit me next to the bar. I said I might as well just sit at the bar. They were not busy and she didn't get that I wanted to sit away from the noise and music etc. Not a big deal

On today my husband and I took our grandkids to Texas Roadhouse only to have mistreated I feel this though It was a racial thing I did make my reservation online we were all there during the time we were waiting there were two people with the party of six although I had a party of seven they chose not to accommodate us we waited for an hour finally talk to a manager I want to talk to her and she was totally disrespected and then asked us to leave I would suggest to find out who manager is of this restaurant because the one that we had served us no purpose customer beware of the bad service that this restaurant has

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our Valentine’s Day dinner and it was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Despite the fact that we waited an hour and a half for a table (which was to be expected knowing a lot of couples would be celebrating a day late) it was worth every minute we waited. A big shoutout to our server Kim who was absolutely awesome! She was beyond friendly very attentive and on top of everything. Despite it being beyond busy she even took time to strike up a conversation with us and help us pack up our food! My boyfriend got a full rack of ribs, a loaded baked potato and the most tasteful rice ever. I got a filet mignon wrapped in bacon, mashed potatoes with gravy, a Caesar salad and grilled shrimp. The portions were huge and we took home our leftovers upset that we weren’t able to eat it all because of how amazing everything tasted. If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Needless to say we will definitely be back!

Placed my online order for dinner tonight two hours ahead because I knew it would be busy. I picked it up tonight and got home and my baked potato was missing my extra toppings I paid for and my husband’s steak was over cooked and the fried pickles were all soggy. Definitely won’t be coming back paid good money for not great of food!

There wasn't anything to dislike. Everything was 5+ stars. Our server was attentive but not hovering. He just appeared right before you knew you needed him. This was the icing on the cake that was our vacation.
