I ordered the new baby back-ribs without sauce to go. Sure enough, when I get home I find they have sauce on them. I wipe off as much as I could and try them. There was no smoke flavor on the ribs at all! I don't believe they were grilled. They tasted like they were baked. They also did not taste fresh. My son highly recommended this restaurant so my friend and I tried it. HUGE menu to choose from. We both shared the best appetizers ever! The Thai pork bellies and the cornbread were fantastic. However the entree' was horrible. Both of us ordered the Poutine which is so great normally. If you don't know what it is, it comes from Canada. We tried SB when it first opened and the service was absolutely horrible and the food was cold and just not good. Decided to try it again a year later, and walked into a half empty restaurant on a saturday night. Ordered brisket and was disappointed. The meat was not even warm, and it was not tender at all.
