The Burger Experience

Horrible place! I ordered the burnt ends, skillet cornbread and the bbq pork plater. OMG the burnt ends where inedible! I mean burnt to almost charcoal( has happend another time as well). Th cornbread skillet used to be round now they give you 4 small pieces from a pan they made hours or days earlier (dry dry dry). DONT GO HERE!

I ordered the new baby back-ribs without sauce to go. Sure enough, when I get home I find they have sauce on them. I wipe off as much as I could and try them. There was no smoke flavor on the ribs at all! I don't believe they were grilled. They tasted like they were baked. They also did not taste fresh. They did not remove the membrane from the ribs, quite amateurish. There was not a lot of meat on the ribs, and that's what baby-back ribs are about. I won't be going back there again.

My son highly recommended this restaurant so my friend and I tried it. HUGE menu to choose from. We both shared the best appetizers ever! The Thai pork bellies and the cornbread were fantastic. However the entree' was horrible. Both of us ordered the Poutine which is so great normally. If you don't know what it is, it comes from Canada. It's french fries, cheese curds, onions and some type of meat with a brown gravy over it. That is traditional Poutine. This came with melted cheese all over it and absolutely no gravy whatsoever. I asked for gravy which they did bring. However I put a for in it to get a fry and the entire bowl of food came up with it! It was nothing but a bunch of food smothered in cheese and disgusting. I told the waitress that it was made wrong and just got a response of "oh". If we go back it will only be for the appetizers! Neither of us plan on going back anytime soon for sure.

I placed my order through a delivery service. I ordered 2combo meals of a sandwich, fries and drink. I added 2 more sandwiches and 2 more fries. The only thing they got right were the fries. All 4 sandwiches were made wrong and they did not send the drinks with the driver.

We tried SB when it first opened and the service was absolutely horrible and the food was cold and just not good. Decided to try it again a year later, and walked into a half empty restaurant on a saturday night. Ordered brisket and was disappointed. The meat was not even warm, and it was not tender at all. Flavor was not smoky. I may be a harsh critic, as I smoke brisket at home and honestly blow these guys away with my Traeger. If it isnt tender, it isnt worth eating, and this was just chewey. Always give a place two chances, and neither were very good.

great concept, but the execution was crap. Its price is too high and quality too low, I did the pick three and got the jalapeno sausage, smoked sausage, and pulled pork. 30$ for two burned sausages and a little dried out pulled pork wasn't worth it, at all. The roasted corn was pretty good and I really liked the coleslaw but that's just not enough. I know meat is expensive and the time to smoke it takes resources which costs money, BBQ is always more expensive, but most places care what they turn out too. Honestly both sausages were not bad flavor wise, but also dry, the one little bite I got off each end that wasn't charred to death. The slicing on the sausage is supposed to be pretty I guess but it just lets all the juice out, don't slice your sausage. The pulled pork could use some seasoning especially if served without a sauce. but it was dry as the sahara. I've made both of these dishes at home and there is no way I would have served either of those sausages to a guest. and the pork honestly would have been ok if it wasn't to dried out.

Should’ve read reviews but waste of money disgusting you get better burgers at Burger King then this

"You've never experienced burgers like these...'Yeah, you're right I haven't. Congrats. The whole experience was terrible. I ordered through DoorDash of course. To start things off my fries were soggy. Droopy to say the least. My burger was cool. None of the extra ingredients like tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, nor onions were added to my order. Which I made a point to include. I mean, come on, I'm not a savage. The side of chipotle Mayo that I requested specifically so that it wouldn't sod up my burger was also neglected which I did indeed pay for. But alas it wouldn't have made a difference. The bun was flat as a pancake and sodden with grease. The patty itself was too over cooked. Even the soda was watered down from sitting around for so long. Point is, they operate out of Smokey Bones and it seems to me that they have enough on their hands with that business. I will not be returning and I strongly encourage others who are reading this to follow suite unless you would like your "meal" to be met with the same fate.

Worst burger experience ever!! Neither burger had the items on there that were supposed to have. It’s like they have been sitting all day. These taste like frozen patties. Fries were mushy! Fountain drink was the best thing. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Yuck!! Overpriced food! Never again!

I’m From Mississippi and visiting Rockford,Il So I decided to try different restaurants when I Tell You THIS WAS THE WORST BURGER I EVER HAD IN MY 25 years of living the meat was frozen Fake meat u get in a box , it advertised some sort of sauce no sauce was on it it was flat as a pancake the fries were cold and nasty I could’ve made a better meal at home if I could give no stars I would DONT EVER EVER EVER EVER EAT FROM THIS PLACE?

Food was cold and they don't follow instructions. ?

I placed an order online and had it delivered. They forgot half of my order and than when you call to get the rest of your order, it doesn’t allow you to talk to someone, only to leave a message and than when you select the option to leave a voicemail for a manager, it states that the mailbox is full and you can’t even leave a message. I will never order from this place again!!!!!

Very bad food You could have gotten a better cheeseburger at McDonald’s it would’ve had at least more flavor sorry this was not the burger experience anybody was ever looking for please stop making burgers do something else with life
