I visited this restaurant last week with my family, and loved every part of my experience. The shakshuka was incredibly flavorful and unique, the Aebleskiver were a total hit (honestly one of my favorite ever!), and the Pyttipanne was tender and delicious. A special shout-out to our waitress, Taylor — she was so sweet, attentive, and kind. Amazing food and wonderful service. I’ll definitely be back!
Made a short day trip to Rockford to check out The Norwegian. What a delight. I ordered the Sea Bord (gravlax, smoked salmon dip, and pickled herring) and the apple chai latte. So, so fantastic. Tusen takk to the team there!
Update: still like this place but it's the most popular place for brunch so get a reservation or it's an hour wait. Also conflicting information on what's first come first serve and the hostess take their job.... Very serious....
