I wasn’t given napkins with my food. There weren’t napkins at the table or the cashier counter, so I grabbed them from the bar and was rudely scolded by an employee not to touch anything… I’ve been a waitress before, you always make sure people have napkins or at least water

This place is an absolute disaster and shockingly unprofessional. The food was awful, and the service was beyond unacceptable. They completely forgot my wife’s order, and when we pointed it out, they had the nerve to make us wait while they served every other customer first—despite the mistake being entirely their fault. On top of that, they messed up two more orders in our group and expected us to just accept food made incorrectly, including ingredients we explicitly asked to be removed. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix the situation properly. Save your time and money and avoid this place at all costs.

This place is terrible. The food is horrible and the service is worse. I was with a group of people; they missed my order; then when we went up to reorder it; they made me wait until all other customers in the restaurant were served before they served me my dish they should have served in the first place. They messed up two other orders in our group as well; adding ingredients that had been asked to leave off. Just terrible!

Every food option I've picked was great. The dining area and kitchen are extremely clean. The staff and owner are friendly. They have a bar for eating or just drinks. Margaritas are perfectly made. Highly recommended

Service is so great. The man who took our order was extremely welcoming. Food all tasted well. The ambience, especially in afternoons, is wonderful, it’s a bright airy space with lots of natural sunlight. Broad selection of alcoholic drinks including spiked hot chocolate/eggnog for this time of the year. Would probably be a good place to catch up with friends because it’s fast-casual, cozy, lots of table space, and there’s no rush to turn tables

I bought a burrito and chips here for 19 dollars (Which is outrageous). Not a bad burrito but not good. Then they decided to give themselves a $7 tip. No qualms about committing fraud. Yall will be hearing from my bank soon...
