Awful service, mediocre food.

Stopped by on my way home after the gym. It was my first time there, and they weren’t busy, but I stood there for several minutes trying to decide what I wanted. At no time did any of the three teenagers ask if I needed help, asked if I had questions about the menu, or even say hello. Finally after I had decided what to get, I didn’t want to be rude, so instead of waving one of them down or yelling, “Excuse me?” I just tried making eye contact. They saw me but ignored me. Finally I went and stood directly in front of the cash register and made eye contact and one of the girls came over. Still, there was not the regular pleasantries one would expect from any fast food restaurant.

I may go back, because it looked like they had some healthy sandwich options, but I’d probably do drive through, and will stick to Smoothie King if I want a smoothie.

Really wanted to get some smoothies here. Would review the service and products, but we couldn’t even get that. Walked in and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us. Finally was acknowledged saying that they would help us soon, and still didn’t get help. Eventually left disappointed.

Went thru the drive them for the lady to tell me she gave me smoothie to the car ahead of me and said If I wanted the other persons drink in front of me, the appropriate thing she should’ve done is just remade my drink and not tell me that lol.

Stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Rockford for a detox smoothie with kale, banana, and ginger, hoping for a zesty health kick. What I got was a $10 cup of glorified ice shavings with a whisper of flavor—like someone waved a ginger root over it from across the room. The kale? Missing in action. The banana? Probably still on the tree. This place serves smoothies so bland, they make tap water taste like a party. Save your money and chew some grass from your backyard—it’s fresher and free.
