i enjoy at least one smoothie daily. My most often choice is Detox, leaving me feeling full but not bloated full.

Very small acainbowls here ! Quite expensive..even when compared to eating in my favorite Honolulu restaurant!! .. the food was ok.. but not worth the money.

On more than one occasion we've had bad run ins with the staff with long lines, incomplete orders, low quality of the smoothies and recently one of the staff called my sister "annoying" for coming in to have a correction made to our order. While the store itself is very esthetically pleasing we have made an effort to avoid this location all together. Bad enough that the quality of the smoothies varies from shift to shift but having an employee call my sister with an anxiety disorder "annoying" is beyond redeemable .

I visit TSC, at least 6x/wk at various locations. And TBH, the visit here at this store was one of the best I've had. Two of the staff made me feel like a valued customer. Ginna, who took my order was pleasant nd engaging. GEMIYAH was kind, respectable nd provided superior service, ensuring I rec'd my order. The food item nd smoothie I ordered were pleasing. The only thing that can be a matter of concern is parking. Yet, the atmosphere, uptempo tunes nd summer appeal with a small outside dining area might make up for that.

Constantly long wait times in DT even when there’s no other cars. Had to wait several minutes before being acknowledged at the window, and even though they printed my order correctly on my smoothie, they completely ignored my modifications and added ingredients I had subbed out. Very disappointing.

I've been to several TSC locations in Rockford and surrounding areas. I really like going to this location when I'm in the area. The service is good, staff is always friendly, and the smoothies and food is yummy. Keep up the good work!
