Went on a Saturday afternoon to the Roscoe location, we were not greeted warmly and it seemed like they were irritated to be there or take our orders or make our drinks. Beverages were subpar. Honestly with the not at all inviting atmosphere and people and the drinks being not great, I wouldn’t ever return. Which is a shame, because it seemed like it would be a cool place/exactly the type of place we’d enjoy.

I went there this morning for a coffee and bagel with cream cheese. I ordered my coffee and then tried to order my bagel, the girl behind the counter said, “we aren’t serving food today, I’m the only one working.” I mean she was sitting down when I walked in, and I was the only customer. She was not busy at all. I guess I will not be going there anymore, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Just bad service all around.

I was really excited to try this place. Unfortunately it was kind of a cold atmosphere; it didnt feel like a place you could sit and relax. I bought an iced Chai and it was too much Chai. So I bought a hot caramel latte instead, it was extremely hot and more like a cappuccino with the amount of foam instead of a nice froth.
