The pictures are from a location that closed down. Unfortunately what they don’t tell you about there other location is this cafe is connected directly to a church and the church is greeting people when you walk into the cafe which is so wierd… it was so uncomfortable and awkward… this guy got super close to my wife’s face… it was not a vibe at all and we will not be coming back to any of these locations... the brand seems confused tbh

Two words: hand chairs. Great vibe, great coffee, great service. This place is BIG. There’s room for so many activities! If you’re looking for your new favorite coffee shop to do homework in without sitting on top of your neighbor, I get the feeling that this could be it. My latte was great, the barista was funny, and I love the art here. Ten out of ten, I would visit again!

i came here just on a whim while i was in the strip. as a non-coffee drinker, i loved this place. do they have decaf options? no. however i got a breakfast bagel and frappe-ish drink (kind of a milkshake? came from the kids menu) and they were both great. the place is decorated super nice and the overall atmosphere made me feel super welcome. the staff were really nice too! if you need somewhere to work or study, the shop itself, as well as the building its connected to, are the perfect places for you. will definitely be coming back with folks that actually drink coffee lol.

Place is cool ngl.We’re all about supporting local businesses…But the service is going down.We used to come here all the time last year. Their coffee is not good, I never liked it. And I tried soooo many different ones. When I finally found a drink I liked, they took it down lolThe only reason I kept coming here is because the food is actually good, love the bagels!! They used to bring our food to the table and we held conversations with the staff, they used to be very friendly.We stopped coming when they starting taking forever to take an order, they don’t have barely anything!Man, not even napkins!Staff look like they hate their job and sound annoyed.Im sitting here as I write this review and just saw a cop leave because they didn’t took his order.Staff is talking in the kitchen right now.This was our last straw, we won’t be supporting this business anymore.It used to be our hangout place, sad to have one less.

I go in, they help me with my coffee order because of my food sensitivities. I like how friendly/helpful they have been to me. I haven't sat to enjoy the coffee, though. The place is thoroughly decorated and gives enough to look at and be entertained. It's a trendy spot.They are in a strip mall that shares space with several other businesses. As strip malls do! They service all who come and aren't affiliated with any other business there.

I absolutely adore this spot. My friend and I swung by there one rainy morning to grab some coffee and so some work. There are plenty of tables to sit at to get work done, such a cute little spot. She got a regular coffee, she said it was good! I asked the cashier what she would recommend. She recommended the Lavender Latte, it sounds a bit odd but I gave it a try. Holy moly, it was SO good! I'm so glad she recommended it. Also the name is so fun, that's part of the reason I had to go check this place out!

Hey Justin I frequent the Alpine location daily. I am writing this email to praise Sam, Abi and Olivia for their exceptional skills. Sam, Abi and Olivia have excellent technical skills such as accurately dosing and grinding coffee, mastering different brewing methods, and producing consistent and delicious expresso shots. The velvet robot team demonstrates attention to detail. As exceptional baristas they pay close attention to every aspect of the coffee-making process. They focus on quality over quantity and I very much appreciate them taking their time to make sure my coffee is exceptional which is why I come to the alpine location and don’t drive to a Starbucks drive thru which would be more convenient if time were a factor in my decision making process. Another quality I’d like to highlight about Sam and Abi and Olivia’s skills is consistency. Consistency is crucial in the coffee industry an outstanding barista delivers the same high-quality coffee and service consistently, ensuring that customers have a great experience every time they visit. Lastly I’d like to touch on the velvet robots exceptional customer service they are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Sam, Olivia and Abi take time to understand my preferences and make recommendations tailored to my taste. I choose to visit the velvet robot daily because Sam is willing to engage in conversations about coffee, educating me and sharing his passion for coffee making. I can truly say the robot brightens my day when I’m having a bad one I wouldn’t start my day any other way.
