was gonna order, but called to see what kind of meat was in the toasted ravioli because I cannot eat pork, and the girl that answered told me she didn’t know and when she asked someone else they also threw their hands in the air and couldn’t give me a definite answer because it was premade in a bag, just that it “looked like ground beef but could be mixed with something else” … i asked if they could check the ingredients in the box it came in, she said they just keep the bag it’s in in freezer. the girl on the phone was rude and insincere about the situation. completely unprofessional and a health hazard. nice to know the food isnt made in house and nobody knows the mystery meat that goes into it. turned me off ordering completely and i will not be in the future. complete lack of care for customers.

I used to eat here often but since they started having younger kids at the register (not sure if there’s any relation) but my pizza is never accurate, the way i ask for it to be made. I never complain when they get it wrong because so many people they serve, it would be easy to forget. This time, i called because I WANTED IT THE WAY IM PAYING FOR… so if you cant properly make pizzas how a person requests, ima just go else where while letting ppl know about my experience. Asked for a manager and the response i got is “he just pops up from time to time”

Vinny’s had been my go to for pick up on my way home from work for almost a year until recently. A few months ago the pizza was overdone. My husband and I decided to take a break for a little bit. We ordered again today and it’s still the same. The cheese is hard and burnt and the crust is as tough as nails. The phone service is below par too. The person taking my order talked so fast and so soft I could barely hear her. We will not be coming back.

Called at 11:12 to place my order. Showed up at 11:47 to pick up the order on the way home from work and the door was locked with four employees sitting at the register. I called to see if the door was locked early on accident and was told they were closed. Close time for Thursday night at this location is 12am. Very disappointed as we order food here once a week, but will be looking for a new spot.
After years of ordering Pizza’s from Vinny’s , I had an absolutely terrible experience. After my pizza order was messed up from a delivery, I went to the restaurant to return my order and the cook came out from the kitchen and was very argumentative and rude. I do not recommend the Rockford location.

Absolutely great food, but don’t expect the workers to have a lick of common sense. I always order the combo platter of appetizers, it comes with 3 of your choice. When you order on the website, it REQUIRES you to pick a sauce for each item, therefore I should recieve 3 sauces as well. The past two times we’ve went they gave us one sauce. When we requested the other sauces they say it doesn’t come with 3 sauces, even though the website and receipt have the sauces on them. The workers always give attitude about it which is insane to me. I never want to be a karen but if your own website requires me to pick sauces and lists them on the receipt as something I should receive, I should recieve it with no fuss, or you guys should update your website. It’s crazy to lose business when your food is great but you can’t comply with something your own website requires? Do better.
