One of the dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been to. All of toilet paper was soaked and the bathroom walls were filthy. The burger was old and dry with barely any sauce on it. I will not be back.

Got a good vibe as soon as I walked in greeted by the bartender. Seeing the food that was served to other patrons opened my eyes and looked amazing. I couldn't stay there long but ill definitely be back to try the cheese fries and delicious looking Hamburger.

when I received my food I asked the lady at the window if that was my whole order she said yes. I left and then checked my bag as I was arriving home and it was the wrong order. I go back and go inside this time and the manager asked for the receipt of my order I give it to him, he says he will remake it. He goes and “re-makes it” next thing you know I get to my house I open up the bag and he did not follow what was on the receipt. He gave me food but not what I asked for nor the ingredients I payed extra for. I would like a refund! I understand it can be busy or some orders get hand out wrong but messing up twice in a row after having to drive back twice is not acceptable!!!

There was a wait in the drive thru and inside at the counter when I arrived. A few people left without food. There has been some wrong with every order I make at this location. Example: ordered Classic single #1, got a double. You can always hear the personal conversations at the drive thru window while you're looked at as though you're eavesdropping on their conversation rather than waiting for service. It seems the people who left without food may be visiting with the staff. The staff seems dismissive towards the customers, likely because all their energy to be empathetic is used on their coworkers or those that came to visit them. If they allowed outside food, I'd suggest get food elsewhere and come here for the situational drama that is the staff's lives.
