Employees are extremely rude! Don't smile, say please or thank you. Give you your food and slam the window. Burger was cold. Fries were so old they were soggy and stale. That place use to be good. It's definitely gone down hill and that's a shame. Need to hire new management and employees that care about the quality of food they are serving. It's disgusting!

Crystal the manager was basically calling me a liar because when I was at my desk I noticed I received the wrong order. I waited until 3pm to call Wendy's because I see how busy they are. Crystal said that it was just strange that I waited to call. I live in the neighborhood and I see how busy the employees are. I waited because I was being thoughtful and polite. Plus the sandwich i did get was a cold burger with a mess of mayo, catsup.

🤢My daughter and i stopped in this afternoon at 3pm and went through the drive threw we ordered the Baconator and a #9. I had to drive to btron so i was not able to eat my burger. When i got back home in rockford at 4:30 and went to eat my burger it was raw. The people who were working the shift at 3 were high and not understanding what we wanted.

I ordered a baconator and got muffin bacon egg It need to pay attention and make sure you get the right order. I don't have time to come back because I was on a schedule.

Seems like every time I try to stop in the morning before work no one wants to take my order. Guess I will be going elsewhere from now on. This has happened multiple times and it's now annoying. I've said hello multiple times for no response

i want to give a big smooch to whoever made my food. i ordered delivery through the app and everything was hot and fresh, i got all my sauces, and my baconator fries have an amazing amount of cheese. love y’all 🫶🏼
