I ordered my food at 1:15pm and paid $120 for a pickup at 6pm. I got there on time and yet still had to wait 1hour for my order to be ready (7pm) . When I got home I was still missing part of my order and when I tried to call they wouldn't answer and even had the phone off the hook so no calls would go through. I finally got through an hour and half later only to be told I could come back for my missing items ($15 worth) or bring back the entire order for a refund. Don't bother with this location, they're a jokr and their online ordering is no better.

Went to pick up my order, and they couldn’t find it until he told me someone else already picked it up but says to me first “you put in your order an hour ago “ and later asking me since i put it in a hour ago why am i just barley picking it up!? Thats none of their business at ALL! And he said that he wasn’t trying to accuse me but that someone with my name on the ticket came to get it already. I sent NO ONE to go get my order, i went in to get MY ORDER. I cant even believe the questions he was asking me and basically accusing me of already getting my food! I tried calling them in hopes to speak with a manager but their voicemail box is full! Never going back again!!

" tbh this location is a joke compared to others I've been to, half the time it's disgusting the other half WRONG.. always check your orders when you go here.. it is it's hit or miss I've had old cold covered in mold and I've had wrong orderes that tased good... but 100% ghetto everytime

The food is wonderful but the restaurant is not clean and the staff is rude for no reason. You don't get greeted when you walk in and they're drinking at the front counter and leaving their drinks in customers view. I also gave my name for the order and they disrespectfully didn't use my full first name given to them and the attitude the employee had was again for no reason. On top of that after taking my order and a different customers order they went to the back to help with the food without washing their hands before handling the food related items.

1st time at Wingstop decideto change my order to combos since it was only a 50 cents difference. The manager was cool about it but the lady who took my order and made my fries was not. The order was wrong and my fries was so salty we couldn't eat them. Then the other employee ignored me when I asked her how to use the pop machine. Please hirer better staff, why was they so petty and had an attitude just because I changed my order. If I could give them a zero I would!

The girl that took my order was wonderful!!!! However, I ordered the chicken (lemon pepper)sandwich meal. The fries, I guess they ran out bcus it look like the end of the bag with all the broken fries and pieces. The fries were super salty and sugary?....It was weird I didn't enjoy them at all. The Chicken sandwich was oily and old as if it was warm up instead of cooked fresh. This was my 1st and last visit at this point. The Bathroom was nasty. The place were the ketchup and straws..looked like it haven't been cleaned in months. Overall I'll never visit the e. state location again. Bad experience for me.

The managers are awful we witness a male cook come out the kitchen and try and fight a lady customer. Jesus’s told us we should have not came on a busy night. They shorted us half the food and refused to refund the food we got sorted told us we had to bring it back.how do I bring food back I never got? Just awful however the lady I spoke with in the phone was polite but the store owner refused to speak to me.
