I called in to place an order of 20 mix and match wing original hot flavor. The customer service representative asked me in different ways if I wanted a combo boneless wings or combo bone in wings. I repeatedly told her that I did not want a combo, I just wanted a 20 piece mix and match boneless and bone in wings. I got home and I received all bone in. I called to get my order adjusted and was on hold over 10 minutes. If you don’t want my money then I will not give it to you. I drove over 20 minutes to get to this location. Never again. Update: so after holding over 30 minutes on the phone someone picked up but by that time I had arrived back at the store. The person that picked up asked redundant questions did not seem concerned with my issue so I just told him that I am walking into the store. After verifying in various ways that my order was incorrect, the representative at the counter stated that he would redo my order and that it would take 20 minutes to do so. When I picked up the corrected order it seemed that they had bald up the bag and the container it came in. Some of the pieces were really small. Boneless is not my favorite but I had tried a piece from an order made by my friend at another Wing Stop and wanted my own. This experience has made me feel like I should never shop at Wing Stop again.

01-30-26 Update: I used to love this place. For 8 years this is where my wife and i got our wings but im finally done with them. Twice now we have gotten home just to find out we are missing wings. We didnt call the first time but we tried today and their phone number is disconnected. Im tired of throwing away money here so we won't be coming back and I recommend others do the same. ------------ A little unorganized when the girls not working but otherwise great food my girlfriend and I order to go when we feel like splurging on ourselves.
