I went to this location and I was rushed . I work at Buffalo Wild Wings so I know how customers are supposed to be treated, the lady messed up my order and all she could do was say sorry . She didn’t even recommend fixing it . 0/10 they should take pride in their job and customers, instead of coming for just a check , because we the customers make their check ?

This place is my go to when it comes to me being lazy and not wanting to making my own wings at home. This place is definitely better than buffalo wild wings. Wait time tends to be really long which is the only downside. I haven't had any issues.

Wingstop garnished my son's last paycheck for keys he returned. They superseded laws that stipulate a business can not withold an employee's pay due to non return of items. Be careful. I now have to obtain a lawyer and fihht for my naby. He does not work for free.This is absurd and dimishrs my respect for this business.

Order through DoorDash and let me just say the food from this restaurant was NASTY!! my bonless wing was still frozen for some weird reason idk how you people are selling frozen wings and I’m not even from Rockford I’m from Chicago I came to visit my family who lives in Rockford and decided to try this nasty place and it was awful. Second of all whoever was working last night should do better at their job! Cause I’ve never had a problem like this before in my life .

The wait for pick ups is over an hour. Staff members standing around and hanging out with friends and cursing so loud saying “welcome to hell” to coworkers.
The wings are OK nothing special, I gave them a lot of business because I love wings and they're close.I'm part of a Rugby team and asked to put up a flyer to Promote the high school team were trying to build. The manager looked at me and just shook her head, Not very community supportive apparently. Not to mention a sign on the freezer that said no bottles of soda for employees. I'm not saying she should be giving them free stuff but that sign says a lot about her and how she takes care of her peopleWon't be back

First impressions... Horrible, the place was a mess. Straw wrappers all over the counter and on the floor. Cup lids all over. Drink carriers spread out on the counter. It literally looked like someone just knocked things over on purpose and just left it on the counter. Customers coughing and sneezing all over. Does anyone know how to cover up when coughing and sneezing.No hygiene awareness. There are just somethings we have no control over I guess. I hope the restaurant goes back and wipes everything down. They did forget my fries and ranch sauces. I will hand it to the lady working there, she was the only one that was attentive and paid attention. Might of been just getting there at a busy time? Last time I was there it was better. This time food was bad. Fries soggy not cooked through. Wings were not good. They forgot a lot of customers orders too not just mine. Bad experience today.
