Zammutos has definitely improved. Joe's was the spot we frequented when I was a kid but when I did visit Zammutos, I did not care for it. Now, I will definitely make this one of my favorite spots. It's self service on a kiosk and the food was great. Five stars.

The last FIVE times i have come to zammutos they have been closed. every single time. and it says that they’re open online whenever i go. Super irritating and makes me never want to go again. I’m

3 customers had a bad experience right in front of me The customer service was god awful they over charged my card twice then told me it’s not my problem what your card says with a lot of attitude from the older lady working in there 0/10 would not recommend

Spend your money elsewhere. This place use to be great and was once owned by our family member, Joe Zammuto. I was both sad and disgusted by our experience today and my family will NEVER come here again. Zero customer service. You are forced to order at kiosks vs face-to-face with an employee. When we tried to pay cash, we were told to pay by card; however, again we could not pay an employee and were directed back to the kiosk. Nobody offered to help. Finally, when we told the owner that we couldn’t figure out the kiosk and would need to take our business elsewhere, they said “Ok. Have a nice day”… no offer to help, no apology, and clearly in no need for anyone’s business.

This place used to he great but really sucks now. Almost no food, have to order on kiosk, wouldn't help at all. Sad to see such a landmark become a dump.
Really good, The unusual definitely is my favorite. My kids loved. I recommends this place, they have a good variety in the menu.

The manager Alexa I was very unprofessional and rude.
Do not give this place your business. The manager is very rude and took our money and did not give us our food. They straight robbed me out of 24 bucks
