Placed the order on the arbys app to the wrong store, called the location and they hadn't made it yet and there's no way to cancel in app, so I contacted customer support. In the meantime the store (knowing I was trying to cancel) made the order and marked it completed. Not having a way to cancel in app is bad enough, but seems spiteful to mark an order completed when I clearly said I was contacting customer support to see if they can cancel it. PSA: don't use the arbys appUpdate : don't waste your time with the form, no one contacts you or does anything ?

Those expecting the Arby's corned beef reuben to look anything like the flyer picture will be very disappointed. The reuben was a cold, ugly, made in advance, then microwaved and smashed thinly into a foil wrapper. The sandwich looked more like a piece of a truck tire than the delicious picture. Arby's. Never again!

The food was just okay for fast food. The sauce used in the beef and cheddar is not good. The jalapeño roast beef is too simple. I did like the Chicken bacon swiss.
This Arby's is the best one around for hot food, and friendly, courteous service. I drive out of my way to come here because of the service and nice employees. I would definitely recommend this Arby's to everyone!!!

Arby's is a childhood memory for me that they'll never live up to, so my review tries to account for that. I had their cheese steak which, compared to Cheese Steak Factory, is 3.5 out of 5. The bread couldn't handle the ingredients and started falling apart on me. The curly fries were just ok. Maybe they've always been mediocre, but I remember their food being better back when I was 10 years old. Of course, I'll still be back for a regular roast beef next time we're in the area. ?
