DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered an order online for pickup but when I arrived the person at the counter had no idea what I was talking about and refused to give me my food unless I paid for a different order at the kiosk.

The menu that is online is not the menu they offer at this location, much smaller menu. Overall was good, but not something I would return for.

Best ramen I’ve had since moving to the chicago area, but what really shines is the staff. They were so kind and helpful it blew me away. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Ramen was borderline inedible. Raw meat and food visibly left out on counters in kitchen for extended periods of time. Eggs undercooked to the point of raw. Both my wife and I were sick for nearly the whole next day after eating.

Unlike other Chicago Ramen, it tasted like they were doing test marketing to see if their thin chicken ramen would be popular in America. With its paper-like bowl and plastic spoon, it was reminiscent of interdisciplinary ramen.
Recommended for those who are looking for ramen from a traditional Japanese set restaurant rather than ramen from a specialty store.

Used to come here all the time!
Was one of my favorite places. I haven't been able to visit in a little while and I was extremely extremely disappointed to see how much the menu has changed when I was finally able to visit.
Gone are the build your own tsukomen bowls, as is, seemingly the edamame from their menu. At the very least, these options were not avaliable to order. I would have asked the cashier about it, if the position wasn't replaced by a kiosk. The ordering app wasn't even open on the kiosk and I had to find the correct app to open to even see the menu to order off of in the first place.
Not sure what happened but I'm very sad seeing the current state of the place.
