I placed an order on DoorDash and the lady at the front desk canceled my order because I didn’t leave a tip on the door dash app. I give my dashers cash in person so I don’t see the logic behind canceling the order because of that. The lady and man was super rude when asked why the order was canceled. He also told me to go eat somewhere else and hung up in my face.

I just placed a large delivery order and two of my food items were undercooked the wonton soup and orange chicken mushy and cold in the middle I ask for a refund for those two items and the man at the store is getting upset and cursing then the lady asks us to drive the food back I will report the charge just horrible!!!!!

Yesterday afternoon I placed an order (#62017154). I ordered two items - pot stickers, which were delicious and the other was low main, chefs special, with extra beef, chicken and shrimp. It without a doubt - absolutely was the worst thing I ever had from Chopsticks. Did you change hands? I wish I had gone to Panda Express instead. Without a doubt - will not be coming back.

As a former employee with nothing negative to say about the food or people who work here. I moved out of state and craved chopsticks for 3 years straight. When I finally moved back everything was just how I left it. Best crab rangoons. I will never stop eating here. Even if they send me a fried boot. I'll still eat it knowing it will be the best boot ever.

I explained to her that the order I received did not have extra eggs on the rice when I have paid for it, and I was missing my eggrolls. She was screaming to the top of her lungs telling me that it had it which I will be taking a picture and posting it This place the food is not bad but the service I would rate it a negative one

Human chicken with steamed rice, hot and sour soup, and egg roll were delicious. The egg rolls could have used fresher oil to fry them though.
