7 Best Cocktail Bars near Rolling Meadows

“Our first experience at this local place. I had high expectations, so I will need to visit again. The hostess seated us quickly, the place was pretty empty for a Friday at noon-ish. The busser brought us water and silver immediately. Great first impression. Step in the server? Not so impressed, a little crass and seemed “irritated” and like we were wasting his time. Maybe he was mad we came so close to closing time (2:30pm) but he never once told us his name, nor did he act like he cared. Food was good, but it was not even WARM. I ordered crepes and they were cool to the touch. Again, maybe I expected too much. I’d like to see specialty coffees (you have a FULL service bar and endless mimosas but no specialty coffees?). I’d also like to see free refills for JUICE, instead of charging $4.00 for a highball glass of cranberry. And I’d definitely like to see some ability to combo - think Egg Harbor or something - if I want I add eggs and bacon it shouldn’t all be side orders. Lastly, for a small family owned restaurant, I was expecting competitive pricing. I was surprised at how expensive it seemed. $14.00 for crepes? Breakfast shouldn’t be $115 for 4 people. It just shouldn’t. I will leave open the 1% chance that our server was just having a bad day. I will give it one more try.“

“The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional! Everything, down to the drink names, perfectly complemented the ambiance. This is an absolutely beautiful place to enjoy dinner and great food. The shawarma rolls, pork chops, and Moroccan tagine were all outstanding. If you enjoy sweet and refreshing cocktails, I highly recommend the 'Gotta Have Faith.' Overall, I would definitely return to try more dishes and highly recommend visiting this unique spot. “Do not pass up the chance to stop at this wonderful distillery. Myself and two others on a business trip from Cincinnati when we discovered this place by accident, and we are glad we did. Do not listen to old Reddit or Yelp comments about their spirits, everything we sampled was amazing. I walked out with a bottle of their single barrel bourbon. The bartender/distiller was amazing, when she told me I was drinking a two year, I couldn't believe it. I guessed it was aged at least ten years by the wonderful notes and smoothness. If I get up that way again, I'm definitely grabbing some more, and sampling their other offerings.“

Don’t be deceived by the name. The food is very good. Very fresh really great service small intimate restaurant. They have a small dining area probably for parties that are somewhat small or overflow.. try it out so good !!
I guess you can order Omakasa I was looking at reviews and it looks amazing. It’s so fun to sit up at the sushi bar and watch their craft with those amazing knives so skillful.“

“Came here for the first time and was surprised with their food and service. Bartenders were attentive and served you with a smile. Their nachos were some of the best I’ve had, and the atmosphere puts you a drinking and dancing mood. Definitely will come back and would recommend to friends.“
