Pretty basic boba. It’s what you would expect from a chain. It’s aesthetically a nice place but there are definitely better options in the area.

The drinks are amazing, whenever we pass by this area we always stop by! There's only one person working whenever we go, and it's usually busy, but she's very nice and trys to make sure our order is correct. She definitely deserves a raise.

I got the thai tea latte and it was so good, not too sweet or too strong. Would definitely recommend it! My friend ordered the brown sugar latte and said that it tasted bitter, maybe the barista added too much coffee. The place was cute but needed more seating.

I found Ding Tea when I was living in Austin, TX. Mango Milk Tea is just the best thing ever invented. I've tried so many boba places around Naperville and none of them taste like this. This is the closest location to where I live now in Illinois and I will 100% be driving to get it as often as possible. It's unmatched in my opinion. 10/10 recommend. I haven't had anything other than the Mango Milk Tea but I'm sure everything else is just as phenomenal.Editing to add: Finally tried something new, the Strawberry Milk Tea. It's sensational. We LOVE the Bubble Waffles as well.

I decided to come here since it was one of the places that closes late. We were the only customers when we walked in. Employee was friendly and she greeted us. Just to clarify, it was only one person doing everything. It seemed like after we ordered, that’s when people started coming in one after the other. Then there was a huge group that came in. The “slow service” I let it slide since she didn’t know there was going to be an inundation of customers pouring in. You know those clown cars where 20 clowns come out, yeah it seemed like that. I got the lychee milk tea with golden boba and an egg waffle with ice cream. I ordered 50% sugar. The drink itself was decent, not too sweet which I like. I do wish the golden boba was a little less chewy. They also didn’t have the tofu pudding that I wanted. Egg waffle was crispy, warm, and soft. The ice cream was Oreo. Other than that, they had an adequate amount of tables. That’s assuming you don’t have the clown cars with 20 kids coming out of it. Prices were fair. Place was clean when we first walked in, not sure about after we left.

let me just start by saying ive had A LOT of boba tea in my life. ive traveled to different cities, states and countries and made it a priority to test as many different locations i possibly could. that being said Ding Tea in Rolling Meadows is easily in my top 2 best location and they're not #2. My rating is strictly based off flavor and boba consistency. not service or ambiance. i come for a good drink, the others stuff is just a plus!!

The boba is good. I like that there are a variety of yakult drinks, because I cannot drink milk tea but the yogurt drinks still provide a creamy flavor. However, the service was abysmal. There was no one at the counter taking orders and the person working there was hiding in the back. If you're going to do that either 1.) have an operating self service machine or 2.) put a bell or something up front for customers to get your attention, because it is awkward for me to have to literally walk into the kitchen to get the employees' attention to place an order.

I take my boba very seriously, and I absolutely loved this place. The black milk tea was the perfect balance between creamy and a strong tea taste, I was very happy. The staff was great and friendly. I will definitely be back!
